Works as advertised and is a great posture enhancer.
Was kind of curious about this product. Am in pretty good shape but have always had love handles, no matter how much I work out or how ideal my weight is. I purchased two, a medium and a large with the intention of keeping just the one that fit the best. Have a couple different back issues which have always affected my posture and wear a back brace occasionally, which provides minimal relief or posture adjustment. The medium is a bit snug, but I've never worn anything that improved my posture like this product. My wife even said I look taller! But because it's snug can't wear it for real long periods. So, I wear the medium during the workday and the large if I'm going to be out and about. The large still hides the love handles but is less restrictive. Still good for the posture, just not as effective as the medium. I was skeptical when I purchased whether it would help with posture. I asked that question before hitting the Purchase button and it said the reviews were good. Now I'm among the believers. Great product. Highly recommend.

Great For Back Support
I didn’t buy this as a waist trimmer, but rather for back support. I have a consulting business where I provide instruction on security related issues, so I’m on my feet for extended periods. Too much running over the has contributed to lower back pain, so standing for longer periods can cause aggravation. This actually helps tremendously by providing much needed support while in standing and giving classes for extended periods. Great product!

Itchy against bare skin.
The material is thick and is ribbed which was itchy against my skin. I put on a t-shirt which helped but was still uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. It has 4 vertical supports which I am guessing is designed to prevent rolling. It worked great but I could feel them against my skin. I wasn't sure what size would work best but found the best size was the same as my t-shirt size.

Tight squeeze
Waste of time.....feels like wearing a rubber band....hot & uncomfortable, plus no adjustments
