Comfortable but a bit shorter than Id prefer.
This is a size large but is short, it needs to be about one inch longer for PICC line use. I see some anti-slide dots, which need to be on both sides, even better if all around the top circumference, and make them a bit larger or more aggressive to stop sliding. Otherwise, it is comfortable and a good use of microfibre.

Worth the Effort and the Price
The arm cover is not easy to put on, but when it is in place it performs as advertised. It definitely keeps the shower spray out. Expect it to take up to a minute to put on correctly, especially the first time. But it won't break, so don't think you're stretching the neoprene seal too much.Also, please note that the two openings on the sleeve are of different sizes. Make sure the largest opening goes on first!

Worked perfectly!
Sleeve was comfortable and worked perfectly to cover the entire area of my husband’s picc line. Other customers have commented that the sleeve was too short, but it worked perfectly for him.

Good quality but missing sticky cuffs
Overall, I like the sleeve. It covers my PICC line well. The only change I would make is to add sticky edges to the sleeve cuffs. Frequently adjusting the sleeve as it slips down my bicep. With that said, I would purchase again.
