Not a fan of the pits of hell fire in my mouth, usually from that pesky island peat! This is very smooth and subtle, a pleasure to sip a nip on a cold night. Doesn’t cause brewers droop like the cheaper whiskeys out there and I promise no viagra is needed on this fair sup. Price is fair dinkum as I only partake in a tipple after a funeral. Needless to say, since the pandemic I’ve bought several bottles. As an old Scottish salute I say to you all, “who’s yer daddy?” as I partake in a final glass of Knockando, I applaud this drink and hope I don’t have to buy another bottle soon, my funeral suit has got too tight and I can’t afford a new one & a bottle of the Knockando, fondly known also as the perfect knicker remover. Wow! This Knockando 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is beautiful to drink on its own or with ice! We appreciate a good whisky, this is very more-ish, purchased when on offer £40.91! Reluctantly shared a glass with my 20 y/r daughter and ole hubby - the bottle is now hidden in a cupboard, too easy to drink, and it’s our new favourite, a wee delicious Scottish Gem 💎 🥃 🥰

A lovely smooth drink

Good quality whisky, which is not too common, so good to give a go.

I absolutely love this whisky, not overly oaky (which I like) with a crisp and fruity taste. A lovely subtle taste, fabulous price and delivered promptly. Several years ago I embarked on a mission to find the perfect whisky to suit my tastes, I tried lots of different whisky's during a stay in Edinburgh and after sampling dozens of whisky's, I then found this gem of whisky... So I decided I needed to sample some more Knockando and enjoyed it so much I actually got quite inebriated and started singing in the worst Scottish accent imaginable, I think I ended up getting asked to leave the pub by a rather burly bearded barman in a kilt, I stumbled home, stopping on the way at a takeaway to purchase a kebab with chilli sauce, which ended up in the gutter as being a bit worse for wear I had lost a lot of my hand/eye coordination and any sense of balance had also diminished. So to cut a long story short, when I eventually sobered up I decided to purchase a bottle of Knockando as a reminder of the fabulous time I had in Scotland. So you can say that a lot of research (and many a happy hour) has gone into this knockando, buy it you won't be disappointed.

Different to other whisky, but well made, with its own unique flavour. Price was a bit high in my opinion, but product is quality, nice to pour one of these at the end of a long day, would recommend.

Ce Knockando 12 ans est un single malt léger, fruité et très agréable (aussi bien au nez qu'en bouche). Un de mes Whisky préféré. C'est également une très bonne idée de cadeau pour un amateur de Whisky
