O produto é lindo porém chegou todo amassado, a caixa do produto veio solta dentro de outra caixa maior, muito mal embalado por ser um produto que viajaria muito até chegar a minha casa. Agora vou ter q consertar antes de usar, pq esse amassado atrapalha o funcionamento do produto

GETTING TIRED OF RETURNING ITEMS ON HERE AND THE TIME CONSUMING JUST TO GET MY COMPLETE REFUNDS BACK.. THIS WOULD BE ONE OF THOSE ITEMS,WAY TO SMALL, KNOBS DON'T FUNCTION PROPERLY ,TAKES FOREVER TO HEAT THEN BURNS ITEMS FAST, TRAY RACK ARE A WAY TO TIGHT FIT TO SAFELY REMOVE, JUST ISA COMPLETE MISLEAD FROM WHAT IT SHOWS ON THE BOX IT CAN DO, YA RIGHT... AND WHAT IT ACTUALLY CAN, AND THAT IS NOTHING.. ITS A CUTE "LOOK" AND THE COLOR PINK IS PRETTY ,THAT IS ALL FOLKS..

Bought for the wife, she has not used it yet, she likes the small footprint, she thinks it will be the cat’s meow, we powered it up and it seems to get hot enough,it should heat small individual portions.
