Can I apply a vitamin c serum after?

Hello Cider Apple Cider Vinegar Face Toner is a blend of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar plus 6 Organic Hydrosols (steam distillate from botanicals of Tea Tree, Lavender, Rose Geranium, Lemongrass, Witch Hazel and Chamomile). It is 100% water-based blend with pH in the range of 4.5-5.0 to tone, cleanse and as a gentle moisturizer. Serum is a typical a blend of gel based or oil based liquid, and can be applied after the toner if needed. The active ingredients in serums tend to be more concentrated and can occasionally cause irritation and dryness in those who have sensitive skin. 
Everyone's skin is different, just wait at least a week before apply any serum.

Can I use these post workouts?

Absolutely, they are excellent for removing sweat and oil. Be aware that the apple cider vinegar smell is strong and kind of like dirty feet, however. But once dry, smell goes away.

Hydrosols are steam distillate from plants and flowers, and are 100% water-based. We do not add any essential oils in Hello Cider Face Pads.
