Loving the clarity and energy!!
Absolutely love these. Really helping with the cognitive mind fogginess that comes with old age, menopause. Initially didn’t like the taste but it’s grown on me. My energy is through the roof. Cheaper on here than in store. I take 1 every morning. Loads of vitamins like the normal berroca plus the Spanish herb to help your clarity and mind.

Not a pleasant flavour
Not sure if it was just me but the taste was weird and I felt as though I was having an allergic reaction to this product. Hours later, I still have the strange taste in my mouth, even after having a coffee and eating food. I usually buy the orange or mixed berry flavour from the supermarket, and these are fine, but this Berry flavour was not for me. Unfortunately, this is one for the bin 😔
