I’ve had three washings with this mix so far. My hair feels wonderful each time. Nice smell when I open each bag. Having a hair bag come with it is nice. First time buying from this company but the quality seems great! Will be buying again once I need a refill. I use about once a week, a teaspoon of each for hair that’s just past chest level.

First time ever using an herbal hair wash. I have used commercial shampoos my entire life and have very oily scalp and hair at the roots. I get oily quick and I usually use an anti dandruff shampoo daily and a conditioner on the ends or a conditioning spray afterwards so it doesn’t get dry and staticky from frequent wash. I’ve recently had itchy scalp really bad too. I wanted to try something new and organic.I have not washed my hair for 48 hours on purpose so it would be good and oily to see if this would actually cleanse. I did not expect this to work as well as it did! I should have taken a before picture of the oil so you could see the difference. It’s amazing. Video is immediately after washing and blow dry. No conditioner used at all.I mixed 150 grams of water with 1/2 tablespoon aritha, 1 teaspoon shikaki, and 1/2 tsp each of amla and hibiscus. I let them sit for about 24 hours. Then I brought to a boil and cooled a little. It filled a mouthwash Dixie cup then. I dumped it around my scalp and rubbed it through my head before I got into the shower. It coated much of my hair but not all the way to the ends. Some ends were still dry. My hair is short, ear length. I let it sit while I washed in the shower, then added hot water and scrubbed it all over, then rinsed. It felt very soft as I rinsed, as if I had applied conditioner but I didn’t. It never lathered and was very gritty until rinsed thoroughly. I seriously thought I’d blow dry and still have very oily hair because of the way it felt when wet, but to my surprise it is so clean and soft at the same time, with no oil or dryness! It is really balanced!It feels good and light and silky as I run my fingers through my hair. I do not have any remaining oil, even at the nape of my neck and temples where it is usually the most. Very impressed!If this takes away my scalp itch and allows me to get away from commercial shampoos and expensive conditioners, I will be so dang happy.Give it a try! Works great!

These powders are excellent conditioners.I've used them as pre-poo treatments mixed with coconut oil or jojoba oil.WARNING: Do NOT use Castor Oil because it's too difficult to remove. You've been warned!I use the Reetha powder separately when I want to clean my hair. It cleans and conditions.Eventho' my hair looks spectacular, I probably will not repurchase this kit because it's messy.Once all the powders are mixed, it's messy to apply, and I don't like the residue all over my bathroom.The prep, application, subsequent bathroom mess, and bathroom cleaning are too much work with LONG hair.The product is still worth 5 stars for those who are not bothered by the extra time and effort required.

I’ve only used this mixture once so far. I started by washing my hair, then applied the mixture combined with honey and amla fruit oil. After that, I sat under a steamer for about 15 minutes. I then rinsed it out, applied conditioner, and sat under the steamer again for another 10 minutes.I must say, my hair felt noticeably healthier and stronger afterward. I had been experiencing a lot of shedding due to medication, but after just one use, I saw a significant reduction in shedding.It can get a bit messy since it tends to drip during application and steaming, but honestly, that’s nothing compared to the results, and the mess is easy to clean up. Overall, it’s absolutely worth it, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking to achieve long, beautiful hair.

This herbal blend is fresh, finely ground, and very easy to mix. The ingredients are high quality, and it works great for natural hair care. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely buy it again.

Good product. Its a little messy when applying it make sure you have gloves and towel around your shoulders if you dont want to get messy. It will start to dry before it's all applied, but easy to get out your clothes. Left my hair soft and moisturize. Highly recommend.
