Does the job!
Took one and felt like a human Brita filter. Activated charcoal: for when your stomach says “What did you just eat?” and you need backup. Quick-release capsules = fast-acting hero. Very effective and I tend to use this once a month. If you have to detox these works well. It's different from probiotic but cleanse is good. Do your reasearch before taking more than what is recommended. It depends on your environment and what you eat, drink or are exposed to. Mold exposure is helpful.

Game Changer Post Gastric Bypass
I've been using theses for awhile now. I had gastric bypass many years ago. The one thing that is a big problem after that surgery is the frequency and the strong odor of gas. I tried many products over the past 20 years since the surgery that did not work, but these charcoal pills drastically decreases the smell. I am pretty sure it has other great value but for me this is a big selling point.

They work
I recommend these charcoal pills. Activated charcoal is my go-to for food poisoning. I just went on vacation, and they came in handy because my sister and her friend got food poisoning the day before our trip was over. The took the pills, hydrated and ate some soup and they did the job so they could be able to fly home.

Was meh for me
The Sundance Activated Charcoal capsules are decent and affordable. I like that they’re non-GMO and gluten-free, and the quick-release capsules are convenient. However, I didn’t notice a big difference in how I felt after taking them. They might work better for others, but for me the results were just okay. Worth a try, but not a must-have.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. I sometimes get really bad indigestion and this really helps. Easy to swallow and has no taste
