I cooked perfect jasmine rice and also used the steamer rack to warm up my tortillas and they came out outstanding. You may even think you’re a chef after this experience. This is the best purchase I've made in a while. I use it all the time and it cooks rice perfectly in under 20 mins. The steamer basket is super handy too and has helped me get more veggies in at dinner time. Just set it and forget it, it'll keep your rice nice and warm until you unplug it. Oh, and it's huge! Like 16 cups huge. I only use about 2 cups of rice but this cooker can cook much larger portions for much larger families! Great rice cooker for potlucks!

Sad to report I have had this rice cooker less than a month and it already stopped working. Super sad because it’s so cute and simple and did the job perfectly and quickly before this.

LOVE this rice cooker. It is also amazing for making easy mac and cheese, and many one-pot dishes.

I am really enjoying the entire Bella line of appliances. I've never heard of this brand before and the rice cooker was the first thing that we bought from them. The rice cooker looks really nice and has a bunch of small design touches that I think are smart. For example, the cord wraps into the base and hides away, and it comes with a spatula and a measuring cup. The rice cooker does exactly that, cooks rice and it does it really quickly. Since the container is relatively large, you can cook a small amount or you can cook a pretty large amount quickly. The steamer basket is a nice addition, but I haven't used it yet. The ceramic nonstick coating I'm very interested to see how it wears. So far, it has kept the entire inside completely nonstick and it's super easy to clean. I hope that this holds up over time.

Hasta el momento bien, fácil de lavar, no se pega nada, todo bien si uno sigue las instrucciones de cuidado y uso de acuerdo con el manual. Gran capacidad para cocer el arroz.

Product is mostly extremely cheap plastic which arrived scratched & damaged, definitely not worth the selling price. Had to run 3 cooking cycles to cook 2 cups of rice, still wasn't cooked completely. I wanted to love this product but the quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse.
