Yum
This chamomile tea by Freshdrinkus is what I expect chamomile tea to be, and maybe a little more. I suspect most of the chamomile teas I have purchased in the past are mostly made from leaves and stems with a few flowers thrown in for good measure (and so they can be called chamomile flower teas). I would venture to say that this tea IS actually made almost entirely from chamomile flowers. The floral flavor is much more intense than in any other chamomile teas I have had. That is not to say it is too floral. It isn't! It just tastes like a very amplified version of previous teas. My big complaint for this tea is actually the bags. I really like that they are compostable, but they are not well made. The first two bags I tried had a hole in the end in the seam which leaked tea bits all out into my mug. So far the rest have been okay, though there are loose tea bits spread around in the bag. Other than that, I prefer this chamomile tea to any other chamomile I have tried.

Not for me
I enjoy herbal tea and usually drink a chamomile blend. This is 100% chamomile. The smell is very strong, and it tastes just like it smells. Too strong and too "flowery" for my taste. I just can't drink it. If you like the strong flowery taste, you'll love it.

Perfect Chamomile Tea Blend
This “FRESHDRINKUS, 25 Chamomile Tea Bags, 100% Natural and Pure Chamomile Flowers, Eco-conscious Tea Bags. Chamomile Flower Herbal Tea. No Sugar, No Caffeine, No Gluten, Vegan.” is a perfect chamomile tea blend. The unique floral and aromatic fragrance of Chamomile was right away released when I poured boiled hot water on it. That unique scent lingers around my nose. I love that it uses eco-friendly and healthier tea bags. It is sad that some tea companies still use nylon-based tea bags which is really polluting the oceans and giving us toxic microplastic particles. The tea bag has no string so you have to use a spoon to fish it out after the 3 to 4-minute steeping time. You do not want to over-extract the Chamomile oil since it can produce a weird bitter taste. This tea has pure natural Chamomile in it without any filler or additives. It is delicious with a hint of apple and pears with a mellow light honey sweetness that lingers on my palate. This tea blend created a perfect chamomile tea. The secret is one bag of 10 oz boiled water and steeped no more than 4 minutes. I highly recommend you try this if you want a soothing calming herbal tea. Good stuff!

Good tisane; tastes like chamomile should but flavor is subtle
Any drink that is made from herbal ingredients is a tisane and not a tea. Tea only comes from two main varieties of the camellia sinensis evergreen. Nevertheless, this tisane is good. It is made from 100% chamomile flowers. The brew tastes fresh and is fragrant. It brews to a pale lemon hue. The flavor is balanced and light. I brewed one tea bag with boiling water and steeped it for 5 minutes. This is a product of Vietnam. The current price of $8.99 ($9.99 minus 10%) for 25 tea bags comes to $0.36 cents per cup.

Good chamomile tea. Works as advertised.
Nice, normal, chamomile. Nothing especially bad or outstanding about it.

Nice Chamomile Flower Herbal Tea
This is a very nice herb tea that is similar to the one provided in dim sum. I used boiling water to brew a bag. The initial soak was very concentrated that I have to added two bags of sugar to neutralize the bitter flavor. Afterwards, the subsequent refill is much better since the bitter flavor is fading and sweat flavor appears. I feel warm and comfortable after drinking this tea. These tea bags appear to be thin paper and just contain a lot of crushed flowers. They will drop to the bottom of the cup. There are a lot of petals floating on top of the cup, but they are edible. The package also contains a pair of tongs to help fetch the tea bags.

Very mild chamomile with a tinge of bitterness
My January 2024 order of ‘FRESHDRINKUS 25 Chamomile Tea Bags’ arrived in a reusable zip-lock pouch packed full of tea bags. The bags are advertised as biodegradable, with no strings, paper labels, or staples. Each bag only contains chamomile flowers. The tea is made in Vietnam, and the label indicates a Manufacture Date of December 22 2023 with an Expiration Date of March 22 2025 (although the label also says to use within 30 days for best taste). The pouch also contains a small 3.5 inch bamboo tongs, and a desiccant (be sure to discard). After following brewing directions, the result was a mild clear chamomile tea with a small hint of bitterness. Adding a bit of sweetener removed that bitterness, and that is probably how I will plan to drink the rest of this tea. Wish the chamomile taste was a bit stronger, but that can likely be achieved with longer brew times.
