I have dry eyes and allergies. This USB heated sleep mask is a lifesaver. It's very warm, soothing and comfortable on my eyes. The fabric is soft and adjustable to any size head. I made this part of my self care routine.

Soft mask with good fit. Soothing heat helps dry eyes. Timer feature is great. Does not disappoint.

This is absolutely the most comfortable heated eye mask I've tried. Throughout my battle with chalazia and blepharitis, I've tried quite a few electric, heated eye masks. I appreciate the comfort of this one and it is a better sleep aid than the others since it blocks almost all light. I do wish, however, that the hottest setting was warmer. While less comfortable, my previous masks could all get warmer than this. I've also used all my masks on the same charging block, so I'm not sure this is related. Regardless, this does get warm enough to treat my condition, I just wish it could get warmer. I'll be keeping it.

I really like this mask! I don't need one that plays music, is rechargeable, etc., the less "moving parts" that could cause an issue if they break, the better. I don't need it to be rechargeable because what am I going to be doing when my eyes are covered anyway? I am going to be sitting in one place. The cord is long enough to reach. It has a simple little timer/ heat selector, and that is all that I need. The fabric is soft and the cover is removable for washing. It is a soft velvety fabric which is not that slippy, slidey, silky stuff. Very comfy.

I bought a couple of eye masks and this one by far is the most comfortable, soft and warm. The quality is top notch. I love that you can wash it. I was so impressed I bought one for my mother, as we both have dry eyes. If you are looking for a heated eye mask, I sure would suggest this one!

My ophthalmologist recommended moist heat over my eyes at least once per day from 10-15 minutes. I did a moist towel and warm water, using the microwave to get heat. So, I looked at about 15 different power heated eye masks to make getting moist heat more efficiently and for the heat to last longer. After reading a heck of lot of reviews for different models, I picked this one. Why? I liked that it looked like it had a nice sized cut out, as I think it would lay over my eyes better providing more even heat. The positives: The nose cutout works. It's comfortable. The whole mask's material that touches the eyes, face, ears, and head is soft and comfortable. The velcro closure at the back is great and works very well. Wearing this mask is very comfortable. The time and heat control is easy to use, and easy to read. The negatives: This mask takes at least 5-7 minutes to become slightly warm, when the controller is set to "HIGH". You have to put the mask on in order for your face to provide insulation to the mask in order to the mask to get warmer. If you want to use warm heat on your eyes for 10-15 minutes, which is a typical doctor recommendation, you will need around 20-25 minutes as it takes at least 10 minutes for this mask to get close to warm enough. Again, that's with the heat on "HIGH". Over all, this mask does NOT provide a good warm level of heat. The Low and Mid settings are useless. Another major negative is that the heat is felt only on the bottom third of the mask. There is nearly no heat generation at the top third. Touching the top third there is nearly no warmth, and it's about the same at the middle part of the mask. It appears that that heating element is located at the bottom of the mask. There is a layer of "glass beads", per the information. The beads are intended to heat up and distribute the heat to the larger area. That does NOT work. Again, I can feel the actual heating element only at the bottom third of the mask. I have to move the mask father up, moving the bottom of it over my eyes. IOW, the lightly effective part of the mask is only a third of the size. This mask will not, and does not, provide good warmth/heat over the whole surface of it. Those are the major negatives of this mask. The problem is that that is main function of such a mask, to provide constant heat/warmth over the eyes. This mask does NOT do that. The Amazon sales page for this mask states, - "Adjustable Temperature and Timer: Our Smart LED Controller Make thermostatic timed hot packs easy. Our electric eye mask designed with 3-level heat (113℉-124℉-140℉)". Even at the "HIGH" setting the temperature does not even come close to low 113F claimed temp. When I use a basic warm water and cloth, I checked the temp with a thermometer. At a comfortable temp for me, the cloth is around 107-110F. This mask does not even come close to that, even after it sits on my eyes and face for 20 minutes. I do NOT recommend this mask. It takes a long time just to get to a barely warmer than skin temp, and never achieves a therapeutic level of warmth, even on its highest temp setting. The company needs to go back and design a heating element that actually provides needed heat, and provide that heat over its whole surface, not just along the bottom third of it. The mask's material, adjustability, and comfort are really very good.k And that's why I gave it a second star.

Es una mascara de tela suave, terciopelo por la parte de afuerta y un tipo de algodon suave la parte que esta en contacto con la cara. dentro tiene como un bolsillo de semillas que pesa poquito, lo suficiente como para ser agradable con el calor y se puede retirar para lavar la tela. Los niveles de temperatura son Alto, medio y bajo, creo que desde el najo es un buen nivel que no molesta y el alto puede llegar a sentirse muy caliente. Solamente estorba un poco el cable que tiene al costado ya que tiene que dejarse conectada todo el tiempo y ese puede llegar a ser medio estorboso dependiendo de donde este el enchufe.

Gets just hot enough. Material is very soft, and easy to clean. Only complaint is minor, timer can only go 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Would have been nice to include 5 and 10. Still gibing it 5 stars anyway.
