Helped my digestion and recovery
I bought this L-Glutamine to support gut health and muscle recovery, and it has worked really well for me. The powder dissolves easily in water or smoothies and has no noticeable taste, which makes it easy to take every day. I’ve noticed less bloating and better digestion, and it also seems to help with post-workout recovery. The container is a great value for the amount you get and the quality is excellent. I will definitely keep repurchasing this.

Highly beneficial, not a quick fix.
I researched this product and found it to have very good ratings from 3rd party labs for quality, consistency and effectiveness. It is part of my daily regiment and I have used it daily to supplement my gut health care. I noticed positive improvements in the first seven days with continuous improvement. I will be purchasing this product again and I recommend it. The product is very highly beneficial. It was not intended to be a quick fix. I consume it 5 g with water in the morning on an empty stomach. I am also B12 in Alpha lipoic acid deficient. I add both B12 and alpha lipoic acid along with the 5 g in the morning on an empty stomach. The results have been very impressive. If you are deficient in these items, there is no quick fix. It takes time for the body too get back up to operating standards. The key to this program is consistency and a healthy diet with as little sugar intake as possible.

Flavorless clean product and easy to use
Easy to use, completely flavorless, has no bad smell, was sealed and dissolves in cold water. Pure product without additives.It is a good value. I haven’t had any stomach or other discomfort from it. Large tub, good product, good price, one day delivery.

Good stuff. Pair it up with glycine and it will activate your NMDA channel and initiate bowel movements while strengthening and healing your intestinal tract. Best to use off and on and not as a daily supplement from what I've experienced. Good stuff!

Mixable and tasteless
Mixes easy into protein shakes and no real noticeable taste. Cheaper than Muscletech with more servings and same level of effectiveness.
