This energy gel is excellent. It has the right balance of ingredients. Ideally it should be consumed 1 pack per hour. Package is resealable which is very practical. Highly recommended for serious running

I use these on long training runs or ultra races. Texture is pretty thick for a gel but goes down much easier than a normal gel, the taste is decent and I don’t gag afterwards. Stomach handles these pretty well so long as I throw in some solid food from time to time. I like how there is a lid so I can take 1/3 and close it again so you don’t end up in a sticky mess like you can with other gels. However, they aren’t the cheapest so I don’t take on anything under 20miles.

The flavour is mild and not overly sweet, which helps prevent flavour fatigue on long runs or rides. The texture is smooth, easy to swallow, and, most importantly, it’s been very gentle on my stomach. I’ve had no gastrointestinal issues using it, even during longer endurance sessions. It’s currently my favourite gel

I’ve only used them a few times but they have been amazing so far. They’ve really kept me fueled on long runs. Taste is good, just slightly sweet. Consistency is great. Slightly thicker than apple sauce. I would recommend trying them!
