I got this to replace another timer switch for my bathroom fan from another reputable brand. This is a good replacement, it fits exactly in a standard decora switch so I didn't need to swap face plates (even though they include one, I was using one with 2 bays). The switch has been working fine, and has a very large range of timers up to 4 hours. I only need <30 minute timers so I my experience has only been with those, but they all work well.You set the timer (which it will remember between uses), and then run until the time elapsed. It's a little different than what I was used to, where the timer would switch to the shorter times as time went by until it finally went to off, this one will have the indicator stay on the time you've chosen. Also it automatically turns on when you are changing the timer setting, which I didn't expect but it's functionally okay.

Installation is easy with basic electric skills. It replaced an old Woods timer switch which went bad. The timer is easy to operate as it remembers old setting. It fits the decora style switch. The only thing I didnt like is that theUp and down buttons represent the circular dial and not the increments in time. Other than that, it works very well.

Installed easily. This fit well in the existing space. This was for a fan. Our last timer needed you to push a button multiple times to get the timer to 15 minutes, which was the most common amount of time we used it at. This one, you set the time with the up/down buttons, then the button just turns it on and off.I wasn't sure I'd like it at first, but it works great. It looks great too.Highly recommended.

easy one touch setting, have your fan on for a while and it'll go off by itself, much safer this way

The product replaced a standard on off switch for our bathroom fan. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The replacement process was quick and easy. The time options range from 1 minute to 4 hours which is far more options than most timer switches. Most cap out at 1 hour. Note that we did not have a ground wire in our junction box so we simply capped the ground wire and completed the install. This is so great so now my husband can't leave the fan on all day long (insert eyeroll lol). This is a great value compared to a lot of other options and works great.

I have three bathrooms, each with a fan timer switch. These are nice to have, especially when you have house guests that will turn a fan on and then forget to turn it off. Several years ago, I installed Wood's brand timer switches. Of the three I've installed, two of the Wood's brand have died. I do not recommend that brand. I have high hopes this brand lasts much longer.This timer fits nice and flush in our Decora style outlets, which was another issue I had with the Wood's brand. The blue LED indicator is tiny and not too bright. I especially like that this timer remembers its last used setting. At the same time, it's very easy to adjust.The ease of installation will depend on your level of experience. I found this switch very easy to install. It comes with wire nuts, but some Wago or similar connectors will make this job all the more simple.
