It’s not easy to distinguish the benefit however there is probably some improvement in cognitive function. This tends to be noticed over weeks rather than days. Having only taken this brand I can’t say whether a different brand/formulation would be more effective.

I like that it's offered by a trusted brand. The capsules are regular sized and easy to swallow. They don't have any aftertaste. I find lion's mane helps me focus so I like to use it for tests and when learning new skills, but you could use it daily for improved focus. Overall I like the product, and would use it again.

I had previously been taking another Lions Mane supplement, and changed over to these when the previous supply ran out. I like the positive effect that Lions Mane has on my day. These capsules are contained in blister packs, and there are 60 capsules in the box. The recommended intake is two capsules per day, though some days I only take one. I am continuing to have the positive results I expected, so am happy to recommend this product which seems to be very good value.

Good supplements. If you are a woman and going through a late life stage these will really help with brain fog. I found that they helped me with focus a lot, i would sit and struggle remembering words and it used to drive me mad, but these really did help me, so are effective. They are a good size and easy to swallow.
