only one that works
In my experience, this is the only product that keeps my dog from digging in planted areas. Sprays do not work, and there is enough in this bag to last through several applications. He will still walk through the areas, but he does not dig and seems more likely to seek other places to hangout instead of in the bushes. The best price is through Amazon.

Didn't work at all!
This product didn't work at all for me. Total waste of my money. I distributed it thickly along my curb and on it and the bushes, and watched multiple dogs pee in the area I had treated hours earlier. It does have a strong smell, but it didn't deter any dogs, it only deters me by the smell I guess. Don't purchase this product.

Works, but needs re-application frequently
I used this to re-direct my guy from tinkling on my trees and shrubs. It definitely deters him, but you have to re-apply frequently. I also used treats and praise when he goes where he is supposed to. He is treat motivated so that has helped. I wish this worked on squirrels though. They are digging holes in my garden and eating seedlings. I need to find something else to deal with that problem.

Great Product
It works great. Since I applied it to my yard I have not had to clean up any dog poop.

It works.... kinda, maybe
Live in a sub, house had sat empty for awhile and apparently became the neighborhood doggy doo deposit locale. Used Scram fairly regularly and it seems to have made a difference. Hard to tell definitively as there's still been one or two turds deposited. We also dumped massive amounts of red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper and the occasional spray of bleach in an attempt to get the dogs to move along. In my opinion, it's a little expensive for what you get (but similar in price to similar product). It's better than doing nothing and living with dog s*** in yer yard everyday. It's better than becoming the crazy man on the corner who shouts at his neighbors as they walk their dogs. Not 100% effective but does seem to work. Follow instructions and apply more after it rains.

Works like a charm
Works like a charm! It works instantly. It smells like spicy food, and I don't know why people assume this would be a lovely smell, as then it wouldn't deter the dogs, would it? When you apply it correctly it won't overpower you (dogs DO have a better sense of smell than we do!), and of course it doesn't last forever (DUH!). It will wash away with rain and daily sprinkler use....it DOES however make it through a few weeks and regular rain here and there. It does say to apply every few weeks or after a heavy rain. I have also noticed that the dogs shy away from the area after I can't detect the smell anymore....could be their sensitive noses, or they become "trained". All I know is our neighbors 4 dogs no longer come bounding into our yard. It works PERFECTLY and EXACTLY like it says on the label and in the description. There is no issue with the product, but maybe with some humans using it. Neighbors dogs using your property for their bathroom? They won't after a bag or two of this!

Not worth the money
Doesn't work. I have sprinkled this around the bush in my front yard multiple times and the neighborhood dogs keep pooping there anyway.

Not all that great for me
I got this item because a neighbors dog enjoys poop'ing in our yard. They don't clean up after him, which is annoying since we have a small yard. The poop'ing continued even after we spoke to them about it. Desperate we got this product. At first it was hard to tell if the product worked. We had some mystery poop that appeared just outside the range where I laid down all the repellent. Then on one sunny afternoon, right in front of me, a different neighbors dog made a b-line for our yard and gave us a lovely pile of goodness. I had just put on the repellent an hour prior to this. Doh! Luckily that neighbor cleaned up after her dog. I gave it this rating because it doesn't work consistently for all dog types. If you have one dog of concern, this may work just fine. If you are considering getting this I would recommend spreading the area that you are concerned about evenly with a generous amount. We have a small yard so there was enough in the bag for that and then some. It is also very fragrant and it will keep this fragrance for a few days. Kinda weird but it mentions that it has dried blood in the mixture as well. I wonder where they get that from...
