I searched for weeks before deciding to buy this, with my list of needs and wishes in hand. I had already wasted my hard earned dollars on 2 Rollators from a competitors' brand,1of which almost caused me to break my neck. (I'm at very high risk for falling.) It had abnormally long rear legs! I have big feet. Not a good combination. Duh. Lesson learned. Pay attention to any supplied measurements given, and hope for accuracy. Also, measure your door jambs at home, inside jamb to inside jamb. Some Rollators are just too impractical for home use. And do not expect them to fit through bathroom doors, let alone turn around in the bathroom. Don't ask me how I know...When this arrived, I turned the box over to the LOML (Love Of My Life, for those not in the know) to work his assembly magic on it. Awhile later, he rolled it in to me. My first thought was, great, a Rollator with a seat for an average American Seniors' butt! Imagine that! My trusty tape measure still works.Then I noticed the color. I had ordered the red, the selection being limited to only 2, red and blue. I wasn't impressed, as I consider it ugly, rather like a Lambrusco wine color. (Never trust your monitor for colors, BTW. ) But the color does not make the thing work, so, okay, big deal. Not.Then I tried walking with it, steering it,and using the brakes. Good. Then I used them again...locked them. Great! Sigh of relief. The next item on my list was sitting on the seat. Check. Although I do not expect to be sitting on that for,say, an hour, it's ok for short periods. At least it's solid, kind of, with reasonably dense foam. (As a retired pro upholsterer, I still automatically check some things out.) Most competing brands offered just flexible fabric sling type seats. Nope, not for this old lady, TYVM. Not trusting those things in dry old Arizona. Things dry out FAST down here. I also wish the seat vinyl was not black. Black vinyl in Southern AZ is not gonna be, um, sittable, say, if in the sun for longer than 5 minutes. While waiting to get in for an office visit, for example. A true "Hot Seat" 😊.Next I put some lightweight items in the attached storage bag, which was an item very high on my list of needs. I like the reflective strip and the small mesh attached outside pocket, which is sewn on, but I wish that bag /pocket was a different color than black. Hard to see. Those are not good planning. But do NOT expect whatever items you keep in the storage bag itself to STAY in the dratted bag when folding or opening to put in or remove from your vehicle!! We learned this after most of my items fell out while loading or unloading the Rollator in the rear of our van. I lost a good,small,expensive flashlight,apparently in the parking lot at our appointment. (I am fairly deaf in any other environment than home if not wearing my hearing aid, so I didn't hear it fall. I was not a Happy Camper.) The storage bag also needs an attached top! I will figure out a light colored, washable, waterproof fabric liner for the Black Hole of Calcutta inside of that bag, with an easily opened, foldable fabric top attached, then hand stitch it on. Maybe I will attach a small Maglite on a strap,too, so I can SEE the inside of the bag...would be great to be able to see inside of the thing. Poor flashlight, maybe got run over. Or has a new home...I've now been using this every day, several times, day and night (CKD), here at home 90% of that time, and mostly it's doing okay. I was able to install my combination water cup/cellphone holder on it. That is a very BIG plus for me! I especially appreciated the use of round tubing for the arm framing, instead of the kind of oval tubing on the 2 others. My cell/water holder is much more secure on round tubing. (I need that cell with me any time I'm up and mobile, in case I fall. I have severe Neuropathy among all my other health problems, so getting my self up.is.just.not.possible now. I need to call for help.) My cell is reachable at all times this way. Also the water demanded by my CKD.( My prior Rollator was very old, but a blissfully well designed Scandinavian model, no longer available. It was wonderful, and I miss it!! Those great 10" front wheels! A nice,rigid, hinged, THICK plastic seat I could perch on. Storage bag, removable, underneath, easily visible. So well designed and constructed...I wish I could find another one. Nope. Darnit. But the brakes and locks were failing. So goodbye, old thing.)My main issue with this new Homland one is a significant heads up for owners and/or potential buyers. It is an important warning, as it involves a safety issue. I cannot keep 1 of the (shaped black plastic with a threaded metal piece in it) knobs on 1 of the legs. It first fell off a couple afternoons ago while I was walking into our living room. Our whole home is tile (Arizonans like that), so I heard it fall off and hit the floor. I re-attached it. Ever since, I check it at least hourly, as well as the other 3 knobs. I find it loose nearly every single time I check! Yikes! None of the others have fallen off yet. If this were a car, and those knobs were wheels, it would be the front passenger wheel with the problem. I tried the "troubleshooting" option supplied here for any answers or suggestions. It's basically pretty useless. Disappointing.So check for loose knobs at least once daily if you buy one of these. Probably oftener is best. I did not take off a star for this as it's easily fixable. So far.I'll post an update after I've had this longer with any more pertinent observations. So far, I think this is the most PRACTICAL, larger sized Rollator offered now that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, or worse. I paid for this, BTW, as I really dislike tangling (ahem,arguing) with our byzantine Medicare labyrinth if at all possible. Good luck with your search for 1 of these. I hope this review helps at least a bit. BTW, those brake cables on a lot of other models that stick out so far are downright hazardous, people. Very glad this does not have those. Again, no asking how I know that...that was almost first on my needs list when I began my search!EDIT: May 2... I have had this Rollator now for a few months, and overall, as a (larger than I wish) American Senior lady, it is a pretty good model. It is large, it has a decent seat with decent storage under it, has great locking brakes, decent wheels, cables are tucked, and best of all, it is priced well for my budget.I was astonished when I was contacted by the seller after leaving my review! A prompt contact from a seller online is almost unheard of in todays' business world. Then I read their letter & about fell off my desk chair. This seller is a GREAT seller! They offered a refund for my persistent problems with that stubborn right front star knob! Holy cow! I contacted them in return and told them thank you, and mentioned I would be leaving them prompt (edited) feedback re: the resolution for this problem.So, I am adjusting my star rating for this Rollator and company. This is rare, because they actually care about their customers' satisfaction, and safety, as well. So I can give them a 5 star rating. Now if only Amazon would let us use proper punctuation, and format, as in (indented) PARAGRAPHS for our reviews. But 1 thing at a time...

There's a lot to like about this rollator, starting with the color! For something I use all day, every day, it's nice to be able to have it in my favorite color, purple!But seriously, I really like this sturdy, smooth rolling, ergonomically enhanced rollator. It was easy to assemble - and if the instructions were translated into English from another language, it wasn't obvious. So far, it's working well for me and meets my needs. It's quiet - and did I mention how much I like the color?I'm a little concerned about how much it weighs - getting it into and out of the back of the car may be tricky on my own. However, this is the sturdiest of the four rollators I've had over the past 8 years or so, and I am willing to work with the weight issue.

I’m 35 and never imagined I would have to use a walker but here we are lol. This works great for me around the house to help prevent falls. I also love that it has the storage under the seat and that it has brakes! My doctor wrote me a durable medical equipment prescription so I could go to a medical supply store and have them bill to my insurance. I’m medically disabled so I have Medicare. After my Medicare insurance paid, my portion would be $180 and it didn’t have brakes or storage under the seat. If I wanted brakes or the storage compartment it was over $400. I told the employees at the medical supply store I was medically disabled and a single mom so I was on an extremely tight budget and couldn’t afford that. They didn’t give me any advice or tell me to shop around, there only option was I could finance it with their “in house financing”. So off to Amazon I went lol. I hate the idea that our seniors are being taken advantage of and trusting that these places have their best interest in mind. I hope that others find this wonderful brand that is extremely helpful and is well made! Sorry for the rant lol

This walker is probably more heavy duty than I needed but I'm really glad I chose it. I just had surgery and need it for my "lack of energy days" but I bought it with future use in mind... I am getting older. It is very sturdy, the larger wheels glide smoothly and it was easy to put together. I feel very secure when I am using it. I am very pleased with this purchase!

I didn't think I'd need to use one at 23 years old but here we are. I have several disabilities and chronic health issues which resulted in me buying a cane last year, but unfortunately, it just wasn't enough, so I decided to buy this rollator. Needless to say, I wish I bought this sooner! For the price I paid, this rollator is surprisingly very good quality and sturdy! I settled with the red color and I am OBSESSED. It's more of a burgundy color but I LOVE burgundy so I don't mind it at all. I also managed to stuff my comforter and pillows on there when I needed to change my bedsheets and NOTHING FELL OFF OF IT. That's how sturdy it is. It was so easy to assemble on my own and I love how functional it is. I'm a midsized gal so I got some wide hips, and this rollator's width fits me perfectly! My hips and thighs do not hug the bars when I sit down, and the seat is comfy! The handlebars are also ergonomic, which makes the rollator comfortable and easy to hold. I haven't felt any joint stiffness or cramping when holding the rollator.I give this four stars only because one of the front wheels is noisy and does not smoothly turn when I move the rollator, causing the rollator to get stuck while in use, as well as difficulty rotating the rollator. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable using this outside of the home just yet. I'm hoping that I can either get it fixed or get a replacement for that part, but other than that, I don't regret buying this rollator! This is going to make life SO much easier for me :")
