I had one of these that I had had for over 20 years. A few weeks ago I accidentally broke the tip and was devastated, I love this knife. So I took a picture and did a search and found them here on amazon. This is exactly like the knife I had and I am ecstatic. This is a great knife and I am so happy that I now have three! I would definitely recommend this knife

We have had similar knives for years, same basic size, color, and shape, set of four, bought from a big box store and long discontinued. These were the favorite of everyone, perfect size for 98% of kitchen cutting. One got mangled in the disposal, one lost the blade tip, one just disappeared (trash can??). I went looking for replacements and found these. They are almost identical, same exact size, but the handle has little notches for a better grip with wet hands (can't really seem them in the pics) and the blade is WAY BETTER STEEL. The description here says "STAIN-FREE, HIGH-CARBON STEEL BLADE" and the blade says "S304 DEXSTEEL". After six months of continuous use they show no signs of rust or corrosion and I have not had to sharpen them at all. They hold and edge like high carbon steel but are anti rust/stain like stainless and they go thru the dishwasher (knife demolisher) EVERY DAY. Super knives.

I use this knife for paring and cutting/deboning small pieces of meat. I do have a suggestion; that the handle has finger indentations so that one can easily determine which is the cutting side of the knife while being used. I keep having to look at the knife blade while I am cutting in order to determine if the knife is cutting side up or cutting side down. Otherwise, I like that the handle is sealed to the knife blade for sanitary purposes and that the handle has grooves in it for a firm grip. This is an inexpensive knife made for commercial/utilitarian purposes. The blade is thin, but not too flexible. It is not very pretty but it is pretty useful.

Use these for butchering chickens and they are sharp and easy to keep sharp! Quality comfortable nonslip grip. And no rust

I love these knives. The handles are comfortable and they sharpen easily.
