Hi, I am looking to use this on the front of my painted house..can you notice the product once it has dried?

I would be careful using it on the side of a house. If it is applied to a painted surface I would guess that it could be more or less visible depending on the paint color. It may wash off with rain, as well. Pick a more hidden test area to apply the liquid to see if it will stain or discolor, before applying to visible areas. If you are trying to repel woodpeckers you should consider the woodpecker Pro sound unit. It is the most effective deterrent for woodpeckers. RC Hunting Store

I have wood siding. Heard this is purple in color. can it be used on wood siding? .

not purple. In concentrate form it is milky but when it is diluted and sprayed on the wood (I have wood siding) it is invisible when it dries.

Has anyone used this for grackles? Will this product prevent grackle nest building activity?
