The adjuatable magnetic resistance was an important feature affecting my choice. The bike was delivered promptly, well packaged but rather heavy. So I unpacked it downstairs before taking the component parts upstairs to assemble. This was quite easy and didn't take long resulting in a quality exercise machine. Having now used the bike for several weeks I am well impressed with its quiet operation, stability and adjustable resistance.
