I bought this neck pillow for long journeys and it's honestly one of the best travel accessories I've purchased. The memory foam is soft yet supportive, and it keeps my neck comfortable without feeling too firm. I used it on a 6-hour trip and didn't experience the usual neck pain or stiffness. It's easy to use. The cover is soft, breathable, and easy to remove for washing. It's lightweight, easy to carry, and fits perfectly in my travel bag. The quality feels premium for the price. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone who travels frequently or needs extra neck support while resting. Great value for money!

I’ve been really impressed with the Frido Neck Pillow. It provides excellent support for the neck without feeling too firm, making long flights and road trips much more comfortable. The memory foam adapts well to the shape of the neck, and the cover is soft, breathable, and easy to clean. What I liked most is that it keeps my head from falling forward, which has helped reduce neck stiffness after traveling. I really wanted to love this travel pillow. The quality of the 100% Hi-Per Foam is actually very good - it provides great support, and the wine color looks premium. Unfortunately, a massive design oversight makes it incredibly uncomfortable to actually wear during travel. The pillow uses a Velcro strap closure system. The problem is that unless you pull the strap to its absolute tightest, maximum closing limit, the rough, scratchy side of the Velcro is left completely exposed. It rubs directly against the skin of your neck with every micro-movement. Because a neck pillow needs to be adjustable to accommodate different neck sizes or comfort preferences, leaving the scratchy Velcro exposed whenever it isn’t fully overlapped is a major flaw. It causes constant scratching and skin irritation, completely defeating the purpose of a comfort product. To make matters worse, when I reached out to Frido's customer support to share this feedback and ask for options, they brushed me off and told me to contact the Amazon seller instead, refusing to take responsibility for their own manufactured product's design. Pros: Good quality, supportive memory foam. Cons: Scratchy, exposed Velcro closure that irritates the skin; poor brand customer support. If you plan on wearing this loosely or have sensitive skin, be prepared to wear a collared shirt or scarf underneath to protect your neck. I hope Frido updates this to a buckle or toggle closure in the future.

​Absolutely love this Frido neck pillow! It is insanely comfortable and provides amazing support. The only problem? I bought it for myself but my friend tried it once, fell in love with it, and immediately claimed it as his haha! Guess I’m ordering a second one for me now. Highly recommend!

Extremely chemical and toxic smell. I don’t feel comfortable wearing it and inhaling the scent over a longer period of time. Also, it’s slightly too big for me and doesn’t wrap tightly enough around my neck.
