Piece of $%*&, total waste of money! I didn't even get a chance to test it with my dog because the hooks broke while installing. The hooks it came with and the hooks in all of the pictures are completely different. Other reviews had said its adjustable by rolling up one side, however it's very difficult to roll it up and keep properly hooked into place. The material isn't stretchy at all so I'm not sure how you are supposed to get the gate to stay shut and not sag, but also easily unhook it so you can step through the doorway. I will be returning this item since it was totally useless.

It does work. I have no problems with it, it does what I need it to do. However, they could have a mega hit if they would make one modification. Make it retractable like the kid sun shades in a car! Then you could account for the different sized doors! Every time I want to use it, I have to unroll it and then roll it back up. I have it mounted on a side post on my front porch and it hangs with the supplied hooks. I use paper clips though to keep it from unraveling when I am not using it. That is a pain, but it works and keeps my dog safe and she can still see.

Do not buy this product. There is no easy way to size this product without it being bulky. Also the clips that stick to the wall are not supposed to damage it but when we removed them it took a circle of paint off of our walls. Would not recommend this product

Sticky hooks didnt stay on wall. So of course the gate kept falling down. Gate doesnt pull tight enough to keep a curious puppy out. Spend it money on a real gate instead.

Absolute crap! Couldn’t manage to stop our 25 pound puppy and ruined our wall. The hooks that stick on the wall pulled massive chunks of paint and drywall off. We will now have to pay a professional painter to come in and fix the walls.

I was so excited to get this to only be disappointed. I installed the magic gate, not 5 minutes later my 8 month old puppy pushed his nose against it and one hook came off the wall. Now it can’t be used again, trust me I have tried. I followed the directions to a T.

Save your money. The gate is too wide, not adjustable, and does not attach securely to the wall. Plus, my dog squeezed right under it in under 30 seconds.

This was a terrible purchase. Bought for a stairway and mesh does not easily fold. Had to roll it up and hold together with a binder clip. My dog pawed at the mesh once and the hook immediately broke. When I removed the broken hook it took the paint right off the wall. Should’ve spent the extra money and invested in a better gate.
