This thing’s brilliant.

Looked of good quality, my only reservation is that the tongs provided can’t be used with the crucible provided

This is the first time I have used this and probably my last Firstly I had to change the valve connector Secondly I'm two hours into heating the furnace but still not at temp Feeling really ripped off Expecting it to be glowing red but no Flame coming out of lid but still no glowing or melting sign off my silver (925) Don't buy

Just the job

The furnace is great value for money, it's fairly well built and the accessories that are included make it an even better deal. BP gaslight propane tank will not run this furnace for long enough, you need a gas tank that has a twist type valve instead of the standard 27mm clip on valve typical of bbq gas tanks

Très bon produit

Function as expected. Had to buy a gas connector to fit my gas container. Then it worked perfectly. Increase the flow gradually and be careful when you start/ignite the gas. Too much flow before you ignite will cause a boom. Take the time for everything to cool when you are done.

Very good item

For the price this an excellent smelter. Melts brass within 25min to a nice liquid that is easy to pour into molds. Very easy to assemble and use.
