In the several weeks that we used the Z60 camera, we experienced THREE major system failures. One - a blank white square appeared on the display in the upper left corner. Then the device suddenly stopped working with the SDcard we installed. It worked fine for weeks. Finally, the rear camera failed. Trying to work with DDpai customer service was infuriating. Every exchange resolved nothing. Every response was a cold, generic line of the same old mindless troubleshoot Q&A. "Is it turned on? Is the cable connected?" and so on. After going though all that, they told me that I had to work it out with Amazon, even though the device was well within their advertised one-year warrenty. Fortunately, Amazon saved the day and agreed to do a return outside the expired window. DDpai is junk.
