I administered these drops once a day for about three weeks and saw no weight loss that I can attribute to the product. I honestly didn’t feel any more energetic than normal AND it clearly taste like vinegar, not even a hint of cinnamon. It hasn’t affected my appetite, but it has taken my ability to taste food away. It’s the only explanation I have for losing my taste. Makes sense that could happen if it has something in it to suppress your appetite. If you can’t taste your food, why eat food???🤣 it’s a clear no for me. I only lost weight because I’m trying.

These drops taste great and really give me a boost of energy every day. I find they definitely suppress my appetite as well . I’ve been doing keto for over 3 years and lost over 100 pounds. These drops are a nice easy way to keep me in ketosis. Many people complain that the dropper doesn’t fill all the way, but I don’t believe it is supposed to. I just fill to where it stops and take 2 a day. Works great!

I take the supplement just as it says on the bottle, 1ml under the tongue hold for 20 seconds before swallowing. On here it even says take with meal and 2 hours before exercise but I’m not sure how anyone can take this before exercise. It makes me feel so tired like I just took a whole bottle of melatonin, which it has in the product. Maybe it’s better to take right before you sleep. However, it does suppress my appetite, maybe even too much. I can’t eat anything besides one meal a day and after that I am nauseous. I’m on a keto diet as well and with the diet, exercise and this product combined I have not seen any results as of yet. You’re better off with oxyshred thermogenic powder because this product would just make you feel bloated, tired and super unproductive, I would not recommend.

Meh...I mean... I tried these drops to get off the more expensive "Skinny Drops" by Slenderiize. These drops should say "TAKE UP TO (3) DROPPERS UNDER THE TONGUE" on an empty stomach multiple times a day. These drops did kill my appetite for a time once I upped the dose, but i I felt I didn't lose any weight, nor did it have a big impact over time like I was hoping.
