Good emulsifier for making oat milk
I bought this product to emulsify my home made oat milk. My first attempt failed, possibly due to not using the product at the right stage nor in a sufficient quantity. On my second attempt, I added the lecithin powder and a bit of cold pressed rapeseed oil to oat milk that had first been blended and then strained. I blended the mixture at high speed for a minute and achieved the desired result. The oat milk hasn't separated at all, and neither has it split when added to hot drinks. If you add a bit of salt and a small quantity of sweetener of choice (I used stevia), the result is comparable to barista-type oat milk blends at a fraction of the cost. Will definitely buy again.

Used in making gummies
Really helped with the incorporation of oil and water in a 'gummies' recipe. I have seen people complain about taste, but in using the correct amounts I have detected no flavour.
