The taste is good. The outer chocolate layer was melted a bit. If you can keep them in fridge especially in summer months, I guess it’s a treat for you. It has sugar alcohol which might spike sugar level a bit so might not be for diabetic. Overall, taste is good

I bought this for my kedarnath trek this protein bar will give me complete nutrients during my trekking.10g of protein, no added sugar, and 3g of fiber perfect for a post-workout snack. it is more like a treat than a protein bar. packaging is clean and modern too. Definitely recommend it.

Bonus: no sugar crash. A decent value for its price, just see how much protein you are getting for around 50 bucks a pop with no added sugar as they claim, this one’s actually enjoyable.
