The taste is good. The outer chocolate layer was melted a bit. If you can keep them in fridge especially in summer months, I guess it’s a treat for you. It has sugar alcohol which might spike sugar level a bit so might not be for diabetic. Overall, taste is good

Amazing taste
I am always on the lookout for protein bar that don’t taste like cardboard, and SUPERYOU nailed it. I bought this for my kedarnath trek this protein bar will give me complete nutrients during my trekking.10g of protein, no added sugar, and 3g of fiber perfect for a post-workout snack. it is more like a treat than a protein bar. packaging is clean and modern too. Definitely recommend it.

Misleading "Healthy" Claims Check the Ingredient List! (1/5 Stars)
I bought this expecting a genuinely healthy, zero-sugar protein snack, but the ingredient list tells a very different story. The marketing is highly misleading. The main issue is the foundation of the wafer itself: Refined Wheat Flour (Maida). This is a cheap, high-glycemic index (GI) carbohydrate that spikes blood sugar, the exact opposite of what most people want in a "healthy" snack, especially those avoiding sugar. Worse, it contains Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, which is a type of fat processing known to be unhealthy and often includes trans fats. If you are buying this for pure protein and zero added sugar, be aware you are still consuming highly refined carbs and unhealthy fats. For a genuine health food, look elsewhere.

This flavor is very tasty. Bar is light and crunchy. Not too sweet. Good protein for quick energy. Easy to carry and nice for small hunger.
