Making your own cheese is a great hobby! This great kit comes with what you need to make hard cheese. This is the ideal cheese making kit for beginners. A sheet gives clear instructions and the rennet and cultures can be used for a number of production runs. When they eventually run out, you can purchase fresh rennet and culture in our shop. It contains: 1 hard cheese mould with lid and cloth 1 dial thermometer 1 strip with 10 Milk Coagulation tablets (vegetarian)1 tablet for 50L milk. Easy to divide in quarters. Each quarter would set about 12L milk. 1 envelope with 3 sachets cheese culture 1 sheet with cheese making instructions The press we sell in our shop is made to fit this mould. A bit disappointed with what was in the amateurish looking box/package
Very basic kit which will allow you to make a number of batches of cheese with supplied culture making ingredient and rennet but for the price needs to add at least a.couple of cheese cloths. Seemed like something was missing. Would cost less to use individual bought items and used internet for method.
