This SL229 Snailax massager IS a fantastic machine - It got rid of my painful back-ache the first time I used it! I will certainly be using it at the beginning of every day. Before, I bought this machine, I was going regularly to the physio-theraptist and this was starting to cost me a lot of money. I was going to get my family doctor involved because I actually thought that there an underlying health problem with me. I especially like the back massaging feature of the machine because it IS very effective in relieving my now-gone excruciating back pain! The other deatures are like the icing on the cake: They are there if I need them.Well done, Snailax!

Works well but the upper back massage balls are super hard. Still trying to figure out how to customize that cycle. Heated seat is not hot and barely noticeable unless you are in your underwear. Love the side and back inflation option. The neck pillow works well for those that are 5'8 and taller. I am 5'5 and just lift up the head pillow to adjust my position so the next massage hits the right spots. Overall very happy.

Good for neck massaging. The back massage feature barely feels like anything. Would not recommend this to anyone with back pain. Good novelty gift though.

The most uncomfortable product I've used.

I have several massagers that target specific areas but this one is awesome for just sitting back, relaxing and enjoying an all over massage. It's really well made and looks good. There's a pad down the back which is removable if you want a deeper shiatsu massage but stops it being painful if your muscles are a little tender (unlike some other shiatsu massagers I've been on) The pad for your head is also removable allowing you to adjust the position of your head and neck relative to the massage heads. The back shiatsu covers the full range of my back from the base to my shoulders (I'm 5'4" ) and the neck massager comes down low enough to get into the knots on top of my shoulders and all the way up my neck The vibration is only in the seat and feels good if you've been working your glutes and backs of your legs. The compression also feels good, not sure what it's doing exactly but it does feel good. The heat is at the low back and feels great when your low back is stiff, which mine usually is. You can use any of the different functions on its own or in any combination Can you tell I love this massager? Ok negatives, because there always is at least one, but in this case definitely not enough to drop a star, just something to be aware of... If you have the compression on high, at some points it alternates from one side to the other, which feels fine except when you have the shiatsu on at the same time, it pushes you a little off center, just enough for the shiatsu massage head to hit your spine, which I found really painful. Simple fix though, keep the compression on low if you want it on at the same time as the shiatsu, or use them separately. The only other "negative" is that the motors, particularly the one that moves the neck massager up and down, are a little bit loud but it doesn't bother me, again, not a deal breaker, you could always just wear earbuds if it bothers you , I sometimes do that anyway with some relaxing music or a guided meditation on. Overall I'm really happy with this massager, it definitely hits the right spots
