Love xylitol it’s natural made from birch. I wanted to cut back on sugar because sugar is not my friend. I get stiff joints and stomach issues from it. However I can use the Xylitol with NO issues. It keeps my sugar levels down which helps me because I am pre diabetic. I use it in place of sugar in all my recipes including baking. Love that it tastes great has the same consistency as sugar.
