Their stickon "tempered glass' screen protector looked just like that when I opened the package. Cracked all to hell. More like cheap plastic. I'm not going to go through the hassle of returning it. I ordered a real tempered glass screen protector. That costs as much as this unit.The rest of the case is pretty basic. It keeps the phone from squirting out of my hand. (Why do they make them so slick? So you'll break it and have to buy a new one?) It gives some cushioning and basic protection. Nothing serious. Big enough hole in the back to not cover up the camera. Buttons are ok. I'll make a note never to buy anything from these guys again. Their main video shows you the wrong way to install a tempered glass screen protector. There's some good ones on youtube, that I wish I had looked at before slapping on the first couple I did.

The case did not want to go on to phone, especially with the hard back cover attached to the soft rubber case. Once all assembled, you could see the buttons and corners were not fitting in correct alignment. No matter how I tried to reapply from different directions or different process I could not get to fit properly and what felt to be appropriate. In each case the finger sensor button is partially covered, with excessive space on the other side of button. Product had great reviews, maybe I just got a dud? Do not feel it will do a good job for the phone. The case was for the exact phone, I did verify.

The hard/outside portion of the case is bent outward -sticks out - not touching the rubber portion - does not conform to the phone. -So not a "perfect fit" at all. Very disappointing. I had a similar case on my previous phone and loved it. Really like this color and bought it for my new phone. Now I am furious that I was sent a totally defective product -that could easily be seen through the packaging - but they make it so time-consuming (and expensive -with the price of gas!) to have to DRIVE into a city that has Whole Foods and FedEx storefronts. Why the hell don't they just email a return label that I can print and put on the package that the case was sent in?! Why am I being punished because some scammer sent me garbage? Amazon has become a total scam. I'm done with it.

My phone won't fit. It is the exact model advertised for the case to fit, but it is a bit too large for the case. I considered dielectric grease to help ease it in, but the phone case got all embarrassed. I tried sweet talking, but consent is important, so I stopped after a few attempts. I might try again later, but at my age once a night is enough. Spend more. Get better.

Good case - fits perfectly, tough, compact, still allows wireless charging to work. HOWEVER. The actual surface finish, even with the supposedly non-slip grip texture, is REALLY SLICK and it slips out of my hand all the time. Worse, NO GLUE OR TAPE WILL STICK TO THE CASE PLASTIC to let you attach grip panels. I've tried double sided 3M tape, rubber cement, even two-part epoxy - NOTHING sticks. So it's a great case that's slippery-er than snot and you can't stick anything to it to help make it easier to hold on to.

Purchased this for a new Samsungs26 plus. The protective film for the screen apparently isn't compatable with the S26 fingerprint reader. I cleaned the screen with the enclosed cleaning materials and followed the installation video. After installing the protector , I could not unlock the phone with my fingerprint. I removed my fingerprint in security and attempted to re-register my fingerprint but the phone says the fingerprint reader is dirty and will not register a new fingerprint. After removing the protective film I am able to register my fingerprint again. The protective film is making good contact with the screen and there are no bubbles seen. The protective case is great and fits the phone well

Overall, this is a good, well-constructed case. It provides full coverage across the back of the phone and has a nice raised lip around the front to help protect the screen. It feels like it does a great job safeguarding the device without adding too much bulk. It’s also easy to snap on and remove, which is a big plus. I do wish it had a built-in kickstand that would’ve made it just about perfect. The design is still clean and appealing, though, and looks great on the phone. My only real drawback is that the material is a bit too rigid and slightly slippery in hand. It doesn’t have that grippy feel some cases offer, so that’s something to keep in mind. All in all, a solid case with strong protection and a sharp look just could use a little more grip and maybe a kickstand option.

The case itself is ok; a little thicker than I'd hoped and fairly difficult to get the phone into and out of. The screen protector is a nightmare. It's a little small and is hard to center on the phone screen. Once I tried adhering the protector onto the screen, it's supposed to adhere itself, but it trapped bubbles under it that could not be squeezed out towards the edges. I ended up taking it off and disposing of it.
