My elderly mother loves with spread. She wanted something light weight for summer as her normal bedspread is quilted and heavier. It looks really nice and the blue color is subtle and pretty with the cream, taupe, soft rusty orange and blue in her drapes and bedskirt. It's soft, fits well on her full bed and is great for warmer months. Very happy with this purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for. No quilting that sometimes has synthetic fabric in the quilting. Simple clean look, elegant 100% cotton bedspread, “coverlet”.

The only thing I wasn’t happy it’s not King size. It’s shorter on the side than I expected it to be. The only reason I wanted a king size was to have it touching floor on sides and foot. I washed it before I put it on bed it may have shrunk, which makes it worse as I wash all bed linens before use. Thought you’d like to know before you buy. It’s perfect weight and money value as well as color blue perfect. Visiting Charleston staying in an Inn who used only Charleston King Charles linen sold me on these gorgeous comfortable linens.

Love, Love Love...!! I just received this coverlet today so I cannot comment on the ease to clean, but I just love the look of this coverlet! I ordered a King size in ivory and it fits our king size bed perfectly! I am really glad that I got the coverlet instead of the spread as it is definitely large enough with my bed skirt! It looks beautiful on my bed and looks the same as the one that I just recently saw in one of the shops in Charleston, SC!! And more than half the price!! I am very pleased with my purchase!! And I received the coverlet in two days!! I was Leary about whether the sun, topiary, pheasant, and pineapple would be on this...they are! It is really beautiful and I really like the weight and that it is cotton! Awesome, Amazon!!

This coverlet is magnificent. The quality of the fabric could not be better. It happens, also, to be my taste in design. I believe it is made in India and it is relevant to say that I have an older comforter cover made in India that is of equally fine quality, wearing very well, including its embroidered border. Fit is perfect. Delivery was as promised and packaging was great.

stands up to repeated washing

It’s a nice weight and good quality color and weave.. I was glad I read the reviews. I wasn’t shocked but was disappointed. The length is listed as 96 inches. That’s the same as my perfect Queen spread by same maker. This Ivory king is too short to cover the pillows much less tuck under them. I put it on the Queen bed before washing. The head to foot length was too short out of the package. I’m using decorative pillow shams to make it work. If it weren’t on sale I would have returned it.
