Great vacuum & mop robot for the price! Update added
We've had this for five months and have no regrets! We've had Roomba vacuum only robots and wanted to add mopping with our cats. The price and features of the Mova P10 Pro Ultra are what sold us. No regrets at all on this purchase! It is quiet on the standard vacuum setting. It does get louder with the carpet setting or high suction setting (haven't used the latter). Most robot vacuums get louder the longer they are used, but this has only gotten slightly louder with three times a week use. The mopping is not like hand mopping, but it does get the enough of the dirt and dust off the floor for us to be happy using it. The battery strength is great, as it can clean our downstairs (about 1800 ft) in one charge. Even with mopping it only has to go back for a short charge before it is able to finish. The water canister holds enough water that we can do two weeks (two mopping sessions) on one fill. The self-empty base is louder than the vacuum, but nothing like the jet engine loudness our old robot self-empty was. Vacuuming three times a week keeps the debris down, so it only requires a self-empty when the session is completed. The filter is located under the top of the vacuum, so it has to be removed from the base to access it, making it a little less convenient than our older robot. The rinseable filter is really nice. We alternate between two filters (2nd purchased separately) to allow time to dry, and after 5 months, the original one looks like it might need to be replaced (unable to get some of the debris out between the folds). Changing out the side brush is very easy, and the durability of the side brush is probably my only issue with the machine (we've had to change it out several times because it has worn and frayed). It does have a camera, but we don't use it for security reasons.UPDATE: Our vacuum went over cat diarrhea in front of the litter box before we realized it was there. Unlike older Roombas where we could open the back and clean in the wheel wells the few times we need to do this, this vacuum has a void sticker on one of the screws. I called Mova customer service and they were understanding. Because we purchased through Amazon, we didn't qualify for send in service, so they will replace the vacuum and base with a refurbished one-the option that didn't void the warranty. Our experience with our robot vacuum was excellent up to this point. I will keep our rating at 4 stars because their customer service was responsive, but disappointed that the robot didn't recognize the cat diarrhea and avoid it.

Running almost every day for 6 months with almost no issues
The Mova P10 Pro Ultra is my first robot that also mops and I've been really satisfied overall. 6 months in with no significant issues and no calls to customer service.Vacuum performance is very good over both hardwood and low pile carpets. Mop performance is adequate - it's not great on dried on grime, but if you run it frequently, it does a good job of maintaining clean floors. My dog sheds a lot of short hairs, and it has definitely reduced the fur in the house. I don't regard it as complete replacement for a traditional mop and vac but now I only use those about every other month for a deep clean along with an occasional spot clean on the hardwoods.Technology has really improved over the 2 inexpensive vacuum only robots I bought years ago. Obstacle avoidance is very good - it does a great job avoiding cords and dodging toys, and has only gotten stuck a couple of times. I run it most every day since I no longer have to get everything off the floor first. It's also a lot quieter than my previous ones and doesn't freak out my dog.Having a base station is a total game changer, requiring me to only change the water every few days. When I change the water, I check the roller and the bin for any stuck debris, and swap and wash the air filter. It washes and dries the mop pads after each mop cycle, but I occasionally throw those in the washing machine. It has lot of options to configure cleaning in specific rooms and designate high traffic areas for extra attention and will alert when dirty water is full or clean water low.I wish it had the ability to detect when it's onboard bin is full and return to the base to empty it (I believe this is available on pricier models). I have it programmed to return to base every 30 minutes to empty its bin, but if its been a couple days, it can clogged and doesn't really vacuum. Similarly, it can't detect when the base station dust bag is full either so I need to remember to check that.

It only lasts 6 months, customer service is appalling, and the 3 year warranty is worthless.
I bought the Mova P10 Ultra 6 months ago. The reviews were fantastic, it was a great price, and above all, I was attracted to the 3 year warranty that MOVA offered. It worked superbly right of the box, did everything MOVA promised, and had loads of features. We were very happy....... until 6 months later. The mop pads would repeatedly fall off their magnetic mounts, preventing it from cleaning. Very annoying when you've left it to work away, only to find it failed when you got home. Then I noticed that the mops weren't getting cleaned, and that it wasn't receiving any water from the base station, or sending dirty water back to it. I'm quite meticulous in keeping things in good condition, and it had been regularly cleaned, and we often used the cleaning function, so it couldn't have been any build up of dirt that was blocking the water. Filters regularly replaced, tanks washed out etc etc. We take care of our things in our house. At the same time as the water supply failed, it then started going really haywire. The robot would try to leave the base station, but would only go around around in circles before crapping out.I contacted MOVA customer support that day by email. The next day, they told me to send it back to them for repair under warranty. All good, and they paid for shipping. Two weeks later, it was sent back to me. On opening the box, I discover that one of the base station lid hinges was completely broken. It was perfectly fine when I sent it in for repair. After properly setting it up on the app and in my house, I set it off. Only to find it had EXACTLY the same problem of moving around in tight circles, and failing to go anywhere further. An audio warning kept repeating that the wheels weren't on the ground, even though they clearly were (the vacuum cleaner does not levitate). I was very angry. Basically, it had been sent back to me damaged and in worse condition than I sent it to them for repair!I emailed customer service again, supplying videos and photos of the problem and asking for a replacement or refund. We have guests coming to stay this Christmas and we need it to work. We also run a pet training company, supplying pets for movies and TV, so you can imagine that we need to keep the floors clean daily. That was four days ago. And despite, phone calls, and numerous emails, I have had not one single reply. This is incredibly disappointing. Customer service has been appalling. Their repairs department send the cleaner back to you in need of more repair than was required on first sending it in, and clearly the three year warranty is absolutely worthless.I'm now going to choose between taking MOVA to the small claims court for a refund, or contacting AMEX whose card I used to pay for it, for a chargeback. AMEX are brilliant at doing this and then take the issue up on your behalf with the company. If the company don't cooperate, AMEX raises their credit card charges on every tranaction the company makes (I thoroughly recommend paying with AMEX).Mova, you're a disgrace. I hope you're reading this review along with the many, many others I've left for you on YouTube, review sites and your social media pages. For potential customers, I have no doubt you'll find this robot really great out of the box. But there are no other reviews out there except this one, that will give you an opinion on the longevity of this product. The truth is, from my experience, their products are substandard and do not last. Customer service are of no help at all, and the 3 year warranty means absolutely nothing. If you're happy replacing it every 6 months, then this is the vacuum cleaner for you. Personally, I'd spend more on getting a better brand cleaner that will last longer and thus be much cheaper in the long run. See my video and photo and make your own opinion.Do not buy. Avoid. And run for the hills. Shame on you MOVA.

Great vacuum - custom mapping is a challenge
After 18 months I can say without hesitation that we love love love this vacuum. It is reliable and navigates around better than our Roomba did. The extending mop heads week well around baseboards. The water storage in the docking station is a good size. Changing out parts is easy. The price point is lower than comparable units from other brands.I only gave it 4 stars because trying to customize the mapping areas is horribly frustrating. I think the designers tried to make it do everything possible and the result was something overly complex. (If you guys read this - please send out an upgrade to the software that show the rooms and let me easily rank them in order of priority. Even now I can’t tell you how to navigate through the menus.)

Keeps Up with Three Dogs, One Cat, and Everyday Messes
I bought this because I wanted something that could keep up with a house that has three dogs, one cat, and a lot of fur. I was hoping it would help cut down on the daily vacuuming and floor cleaning. After using it every other day for about eight months, I can confidently say it has become the best robot vacuum and mop I have owned so far.Setup was easy, and the app made it easy to map my home. I typically have it clean my kitchen, living room, entryway, dining room, hallway, and laundry room. While cleaning those areas it normally has to take a break to charge once and then it’ll automatically pick up where it left off. The battery has continued to perform well over time. The self-emptying dock and automatic mop washing make it much more hands-off than previous robot vacuums I have owned. It has been fantastic and has saved me a lot of time.Obstacle avoidance has also been impressive. With multiple pets, there are always toys, bowls, or other items on the floor. The vacuum does a great job avoiding obstacles instead of constantly getting stuck. I like that it takes a photo of anything it detects is in the way. That feature has been surprisingly useful and gives me confidence to let it run while I am busy with other things. You can even drop in to the camera from the app and watch a live feed of it cleaning.I also haven’t had any issues connecting to it with the app. The app does have a bit of a learning curve, but that is mostly because it offers so many customization options. You can create no-go zones, label rooms, identify carpeted areas, set the direction of your wood flooring, adjust suction and mopping levels for different rooms, and create customized cleaning schedules. It took me a little time to learn, and get used to.While the suction is very good overall, I have noticed it does not perform quite as well on my tile floors as it does on other surfaces. It still picks up everyday dirt, dust, and pet hair, but sometimes needs to do an extra pass or run on high suction. It also became a little louder after 8 months of regular use. It still functions well, but it is something I noticed over time. The dirty water tank is probably my biggest complaint. Even with rinsing it after each use, it tends to develop an unpleasant smell. I recommend cleaning it thoroughly and letting it dry whenever possible to help reduce the odor. This has been an excellent investment for my home. It is not a replacement for an occasional deep clean, but it has dramatically reduced how often I need to vacuum and mop myself. If you have pets and want something to keep your floors consistently clean between major cleaning days, I think this is an excellent choice.

A vacuum that punches way above its weight class. Two very minor gripes
I bought this robovac after doing extensive research online comparing features to value. This was the most recommended vacuum in terms of value, in that it punches way above its weight class compared to other robovacs in its price range. It has features that you only see in vacuums almost twice as expensive. Suffice to say, I was very excited about being able to live with this vacuum. I have a german shepherd who sheds a whole dogs worth of hair daily; I mean it's unbelievable. A robovac is a must to prevent my apartment from becoming a hairpocalypse. I'm coming from the shark AI robovac which lasted me for 3-4 years and did an amazing job with the dog hair, although not great on carpet. It finally kicked the bucket when it ran over pieces of my dog's poop and.... yeah you know the rest. I was very intent on finding a vacuum that had good obstacle avoidance so this doesn't happen. It arrived in very nice packaging, feels like an expensive product when you unwrap it. All the components are solid, well built, and seem durable. It even comes with cleaner that you can put into the compartment that washes the mops. It was very easy to set up, took maybe 10-15 minutes from opening the box to connecting it to my phone and having it ready for cleaning. The app is not the most intuitive, but it does work well and you can find all the features on it relatively easy, you just sometimes have to search for it.The vacuum on this robovac is very strong, it sucks up absolutely everything - which sometimes sucks cuz it does get wrapped up on random cords and stuff. It does a great job on the carpet, I barely have to deshed my carpet anymore, as I used to have to weekly. This vac picks up all the dog hair very well. The mop functionality works well too, it has a self-cleaning system, and uses hot water, and uses detergent to make it smell good. You can switch between mopping and vacuuming easily in the app. The vacuum will come back to the dock and clean it's mop and suck up the dirt. It does a dang good job of these things, I'm very impressed. It even takes pictures of obstacles including your pet, and keeps obstacles on the map. It is very intelligent in that way. It has great obstacle avoidance and very rarely gets stuck. The shark ai vacuum rarely got stuck either but it definitely did WAY more than this one.The only gripes I have with the thing, and these are minor inconveniences that I can live with. The mops are detacheable, and unlike other higher-end vacuums where the robovac drops its mops off at the doc before vacuuming, this one leaves the mops on and raises them when vacuuming. This causes the mops to occasionally fall off when it is vacuuming over carpet and other surfaces. It doesn't happen very often, but it will once or twice a week if your running it daily. So then you have to go to the vacuum and put the mop back. The other gripe I have is that it's suction of dirt and hair from the robovac to the compartment and dust bag is not as good as the shark vacuum. The shark vacuum has a reuseable and very large compartment where it can store dust and hair for weeks. This one fills up the bag rather quickly, and the first couple times vacuuming, the hair just got stuck in the vac and wouldn't go into the bag. I'd have to manually clean the robot itself of the hair because it just clumps and gets stuck. I learned that I have to set the robovac to empty itself more frequently, which you can set in the app. Once I did this, the hair doesn't clump anymore and it sucks everything up. The only thing is the bag does fill up quickly, and you have to put in replacements. They are pretty affordable on amazon for replacements so it's not that big of a deal. These two gripes I have I think are pretty minor when compared to this absolute workhorse of a vac. It just vacuums and mops so well, and it cleans itself and vacs itself up. The water and dirty water compartments are easy to get to and change. It just works really well, and I'm very happy with that. I think in order to get rid of those gripes I have, I'd have to buy a MUCH more expensive vacuum. Therefore, I'm overall extremely happy with it and hope to keep it for a long time. The jump in technology from the shark ai to this is just astounding, after just a few years it seems like robovacs have entered a whole new era. I can't wait until a few years down the road when robovacs will literally be terminator style robots that vacuum and mop for you, then do your dishes and laundry. I'm just kidding, that won't be for a long time. But yes I'd recommend this robovac at the price its at, especially if you get it on black friday or at a discount, it is well worth the price. You'd have to buy a much more expensive vacuum to get this kind of functionality, features, and performance. Hopefully customer service and warranty and durability are good too, but since I've only had this vacuum for 2 months or so, I can't attest to any of that stuff.

Absolutely Amazing — 155 Cleaning Cycles Later and My Floors Have Never Looked Better!
have been using the Mova P10 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop for about a month and a half now, and I can honestly say I am beyond impressed with how incredible this machine has been. I had high expectations when I purchased it, but the performance has exceeded them in every possible way.So far, my Mova has completed 155 cleaning cycles totaling over 3,724 minutes of cleaning time, and during all of that it has not gotten stuck, lost, or failed to complete a cleaning cycle even once. That alone is extremely impressive considering we have a fairly complicated floor plan with plenty of furniture, obstacles, and areas that could easily challenge a robot vacuum. The first indication that this was something special came during the initial setup. Watching the Mova use its LIDAR system to accurately map out my entire house in under 10 minutes was honestly amazing. The speed and accuracy of the mapping immediately showed me this was a major upgrade from previous robot vacuums I have owned. We upgraded from a Roomba, and to say the difference is noticeable would be a huge understatement. The Mova P10 Pro Ultra performs so far beyond our previous unit that it’s honestly not even a close comparison. The navigation, obstacle avoidance, cleaning efficiency, and overall intelligence of this unit are on another level. The vacuuming performance has been excellent, but the mopping feature is what really surprised me. Our hardwood floors have never looked better. I am extremely particular when it comes to cleanliness, and we own a very expensive Dyson Wash G1 that we always considered the standard for keeping our floors clean. Surprisingly, the Mova has actually done a better job maintaining them on a daily basis. The combination of powerful suction, the spinning mop pads, hot water mop cleaning, and the automated maintenance features make this truly feel like a hands-off cleaning solution rather than just another gadget. It doesn’t just move around the house randomly — it intelligently cleans. After 155 runs, I can confidently say this is one of those rare products that actually delivers on what it promises. It has made keeping our floors clean effortless, and it continues to impress me every time it runs.I really cannot say enough good things about the Mova P10 Pro Ultra. If you are in the market for a robot vacuum/mop combination that actually works — and works exceptionally well — this one gets my highest recommendation. An easy 5 stars!

Comparison between the E-40 Ultra and P10 Pro Ultra.
UPDATE: Less than two weeks in and have started to experience issues. Robot completely factory reset all by itself. It was fine yesterday, but when I went to use it this morning, it had completely reset itself and had nothing in its memory. I had to go through the initial steps again, just like I did when it first came out of the box. Mapping had to be redone. I had to redo all of the stuff on the map I’d already done. We did not lose power nor Internet in the last 24 hours. This may be an omen of things to come, if so, this could be a real problem. I have also noticed that it has started to make a strange noise in the wheels when it turns that it did not do until today. That makes me nervous, because several of the reviews talked about one of the wheels making strange noises, and then it broke. I think this guy may have to go back. Customer Support chat is still awful. This makes me very sad. When this thing is working correctly, it has fantastic features.- - - - - - - -Initial impressions: I bought a Mova e40 ultra first. (See my review of that one for more details on it.). Noticed it would not lift the mop pads off the carpet, so thought I would try this one to see which one I would keep between the two. NOTICE: Customer Support Chat is clunky and takes forever for rep to go back and forth in chat. I gave up and wound up quitting chat. Then got 5 emails. ?????? Anyway, onto my initial impressions of this robot.Took several tries to hook robot up to wi-fi. Once there, it operated correctly and quickly. This robot has quite a few more functions than the E-40 ultra. The things I like better about this machine; it has a light built in on board that will turn on if it’s entering a darker space, it also has a side brush that extends, as well as extending mop heads, it seems to be more intuitive than the E-40. I have noticed both mops will only lift the mop pads if you set the carpet settings to vacuum only. This model seems to be a little bit quieter than the E-40 model. This model also gets much closer to every wall and object than the E-40 - the E-40 would not go along baseboards every time. It also would not hug close to the edge of the rug to the hardwood floors. This model also seems to be a better judge of distance with it’s Lidar system and would enter spaces the other would not. This model has a detergent dispenser where the other one does not.The only thing I wish this model had that the other model has is the 19,000 PA in suction, this one only has 13,000 PA.I am still evaluating this unit. If I run into problems, I will come back and update this review. All in all, I think both units are worth their sale price for Black Friday. I am leaning toward this unit because I feel it might clean the hard floors a little bit better. I don’t think either unit is going to be stellar on carpet, but none of these little bots perform as well as a full size vacuum - at least not the entry level bots.At this time, I would recommend this unit.

Outstanding value for the amount of features
I’ve been wanting a robot vacuum for about a year and intentionally waited until Christmas sales to finally pull the trigger. I picked this one up for $549, which felt like an excellent deal considering what it offers. While this isn’t a household name like Roomba or Roborock, it is a well-known and well-reviewed brand. I compared it on the Vacuum Wars website before buying, and it scored very high, which gave me confidence. I originally wasn’t even looking for a vacuum with a mop, but at this price point and feature set, I figured it was worth trying—and I’m very glad I did.Performance & MappingThe mapping is straightforward and fast. There’s no dedicated “map” button—you just start a cleaning cycle and it maps automatically. This only became slightly annoying when I added a second floor, but even then it wasn’t a big issue. It supports multiple levels; you simply move it to the new floor, and it scans and recognizes the layout on its own.Navigation is excellent thanks to LiDAR, and it moves confidently without random wandering.Vacuuming & Pet HairI have both a dog and a cat, so pet hair was a big concern. I’m happy to report that after two weeks of use, there were no tangles, and it handled hair extremely well. There are multiple suction levels, including a quiet mode (which is impressively quiet, though I’m a light sleeper so I wouldn’t personally run it overnight).Mopping (Surprisingly Great)I honestly didn’t expect much from the mopping feature—but I was completely wrong. It actually scrubs the floor, vacuums up dirty water, and frequently returns to the dock to clean the mop pads. When I emptied the dirty water tank, it was very clear that it was doing real work. There are also plenty of mopping settings to fine-tune how it cleans.Dock & MaintenanceAnother big plus is the self-emptying vacuum bag. It automatically empties itself into the dock, which is super convenient. I’m not sure yet how long a bag lasts, but so far it’s been hassle-free.ConsThe main downside I’ve noticed is with rugs, especially lighter or slippery ones. Occasionally it flips them up or struggles a bit navigating over them. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.Final ThoughtsFor the price, the feature set is incredible. Typically, you’d need to spend close to $1,000 to get this level of performance, automation, and mopping capability. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end robot vacuum without paying premium-brand pricing.

Mova P10 Pro Ulta Highly recommended
UK BUYERS BEWARE:If you are a UK customer check the voltage conforms to UK 240volts, my mova P10 was imported By Amazon UK from Amazon US.It was delivered 110 voltage(US 110v).Good old Amazon UK sorted it for me and delivered me a compatible Stepdown Converter 240v to 110v, it works fine.Brilliant robot, cleaning - mopping tiled floors and hoovering carpets it makes a thorough job. It's schedule makes housework so easy.*Mova robot hoovers all the rooms (tiled floors and carpets) every day. *On Saturdays, the robot washes and mops all the tiled floors while we are out shopping.Accurate mapping of your home is very important for your robot to work its best.We have mirrored wardrobe doors and it kept seeing the reflection as a double size room.It caused the robot a lot of confusion so we had to scan a new map with the mirrors covered.Manually setting which areas are carpets improves the cleaning performance. Each time it cleans it scans and learns to better clean, the first clean for all rooms took 116 minutes, now it does the same good job in 81 minutes.Setting your own shortcuts allows you clean rooms of your choice in whatever order and how you want them cleaned. You can then schedule those shortcuts to run.I have "Number1" shortcut to hoover all rooms:and "Number2" shortcut to mop all tiled rooms. The wife loves the Mova voice assistant where she can tell it to spot clean rooms on command.Just a note this robot is not a carpet washer, it has only one clean mode to vaccuums carpets. The robot has two clean modes for hard floors, one cleaning mode vacuums hard floors and the second cleaning mode mops/washes hard floors.

Nice help for cleaning
Purchased this as our first robot vacuum unit. Unpacking and setting up the unit was easy, the instructions were clear. The app was easy to download and install. I can't compare it to other robot vacuum apps, but the interface seems relatively easy to understand. My husband got it to map the house and create its routine without too much trouble. It does take a picture of obstacles it encounters, although there is no way to save these afterwards (except for taking a screenshot). The robot does sometimes seem to make odd path decisions (like not going straight to its base, taking the long way round instead), but if doesn't seem to affect what its supposed to do.We have 3 cats, two of which have long fur. We did not expect the robot to pick up all the fur especially off the carpet. It does an ok job of it, but it can't get out fur that has been embedded (to be fair, none of our other vacuums can remove that completely either). It does pick up some of the loose fur on carpet, and also off the hard floors. It seems to work fine with picking up other dirt like dust and hair. The mopping function is nice, and helps keep the floors cleaner especially when used regularly. We use it to clean the kitchen floor so that grease does not build up. The unit comes with concentrate detergent that you can put into a special dispenser. It is handy because the robot will automatically mix the right amount with clean water, and you don't need to figure out how much to mix yourself. The battery seems to last for a long time. We have had it clean the whole house (2 levels) and it did so without running out of charge. I suppose like other battery powered products, this will decrease over time as the battery ages, but for now it seems good.I find that the robot doesn't make too much noise when in use, and the fan for drying out the mop pads isn't loud either. It can get louder if you put the vacuum onto its max settings, but its still not as noisy as our plug-in vacuum. In general, I am satisfied with the unit and think it does a good job for the price.

Excelente producto, super recomendado
