No! This made me sick to my stomach-diarrhea every day I took them. I also still have one unopened bottle that is full that Amazon won’t take back. Very disappointed.

Not great to have to take 3 large capsules per day. Did not impact hot flashes or mood but did make my dreams more vivid, so maybe better sleep? Will not re-purchase when bottle runs out. Too expensive for lack of results.

I’m a person who likes trying things to help me feel better I brought this for menopause hot flashes brain fog other issues but some how I took a few & started using another pill but I ran out of them & ran cross these again. & I said let me try these for energy since never finished I took them & i started to feel so much better it balanced my mood swings energy through the roof & if I go a day without them i feel the shift i came back on here to reorder because i don’t want go back to feeling that way & I also lost 5 pounds because I don’t eat as much & have so much more energy
