These were purchased yesterday, and the dead ass popped two right away. I had a great night's sleep. I take supplements of black kohosh and moringa twice a day. I was hoping to cut down on pill popping and find a more potent remedy for the ruthless heat flashes. Particularly with the flashes and up all-nighters tossing, menopause can be strange and intimidating. It's not pleasant to feel like I've been standing on the edge of hell for about sixty seconds. These vitamins are already having a relaxing effect on me. I prefer small, attractive capsules with two rather than four. They smell wonderful and are easy to swallow. No flavor. After a day, the flashes have significantly subsided and no lies have been told.

This product caused me to experience an allergic reaction to it. My face and entire body, actually, broke out in acne. I immediately discontinued use of it after 3 weeks and realizing what what happening, but after two months of being under the constant care of my dermatologist and GP, I am still not completely over breaking out from Menodaily!

I was pleasantly surprised with the results I saw with this product. I had read a lot of reviews and they did not disappoint. My energy levels are up and I feel amazing.

It was a bigger capsule but easy to swallow. It luckily didn't have any aftertaste. I didn't notice too much of a difference but a small effort on energy. I also had a little less hot flashes so hopefully after another bottle it will be more effective.
