I have been using this for a couple of months. I like it. Paired with my S21 ultra 5g phone it performs quite well. This version of smartwatch is my first longterm use of a fitness tracking, wi-fi/ bluetooth watch. It has been very comfortable and easy to customize the settings for the usage that I was looking to get from a smartwatch. There are features I knew nothing about that I now use regularly. Like the sleep tracking feature. The display is clear and bright. It is also a great value for the price.

Looks brand new, great quality and durability, super easy to set up- walks u thru everything, Charging speed was good on Samsung charge only thing is they send you an after market charger- good thing my husband still had has, currently battery life is adapting to my life style and drains rather quickly

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars it's because the charger doesn't work, I had to buy a new charger, watch works great, it came in perfect condition.

I love mine. My second one. I ruined my 1st one in the jacuzzi so had to replace it. I love everything about it. It's priced right. Works great for my workouts.

This watch worked literally until 2 days after the return window ended, and then started to give me trouble. I was directed to Samsung customer support, and they had me order a new charger, which worked for about a week. Now the watch is completely unresponsive, and I've got Samsung saying that it's Amazon's problem, and Amazon saying it's Samsung's. I would never buy another refurbished item from Amazon ever again. What a waste of $200 and what garbage customer service on both ends. Way to stand by your product.

Good watch exactly as stated i would highly recommend

I've had this for a few months with mixed results. I previously had a Fitbit Charge 5, so I can compare the two. The Pros: - The heart rate monitor is very good. I had difficulty getting an accurate reading off my Fitbit, this is much better. - It has a much wider range of workouts and works better with a stationary bike and treadmill, both of which I do frequently. - It automatically detects when you are doing a workout such as a walk and will turn on. The Cons: - The battery life is terrible, it has to be charged every day, otherwise it won't make it through the second day. Sometimes if I have a very active day, such as all day hiking and fishing, it may not even make all the way through the day. I could go several days with the FitBit before recharging. - I often drive my truck in mountainous area and as soon as I hit a gravel road the bike workout turns on. Not sure if there is a way to turn this off. A day in the mountains will guarantee half a dozen false bike workouts. - I like to use the MyFitnessPal app to track my calorie intake. It does not seem to adjust the calories burned very well. For example, one day I was hiking and put in 20k+ steps in rigorous hiking, and it only adjusted my calories burned by about 300 from normal. Pretty sure it was more than that. Overall, I don't feel the need to return it, but probably wouldn't buy it again.

Item arrived late and when it did arrive it did not work, kept over heating and shutting down when trying to connect. Ad was misleading as I believed I was buying new.

This watch is locked to the US. While many functions work, some do not, including updates. If you purchase this watch it will not be able to update at all.
