Hometown tastes
Maofeng tea was originally planted in my hometown. I have been drinking maofeng since 10 year old. The quality of maofeng varies a lot due to production processes, age, harvest time, etc. This Maofeng tea may be the best one on Amazon UK right now. Ok, I am drinking loose leaves only. I am glad this Maofeng tea doesn’t have strong ‘soil flavour’ as other loose green tea at similar price. Unfortunately it doesn’t have the subtle sweet taste after drinking it. However, it is really good enough for the money I paid. Em… green tea will taste different when using a traditional Zisha tea pot or mug.

Would buy again
This is the first loose tea I have ever bought and I love it. It isn’t bitter at all which I have experienced with other green teas. I am also very caffeine sensitive, other green teas have made me feel irritable and on edge after drinking multiple cups a day. But I haven’t experienced that at all with this one. Would definitely repurchase.
