Several months ago my sister and I both woke up with really bad neck pain. We both used different pillows but realized our pillows were to sblame. So my sister bought this and recommend this neck pillow, and after she praised it I bought one for myself. To my knowledge this is the least expensive cervical neck pillow on amazon. It's amazing - not too firm and also not too soft. The curve of my neck sinks into this - but I say "sink" in a good way. It isolates motion while supporting my neck and is a great value for money. I haven't woken up with a bad neck since. I also like that it's not too large so that 2 don't take up the whole width of my full size bed. I have since repurchased more of these so that guests will have a nice stay. I even got these for my family's house for when I visit so that I don't have to take this pillow with me when I travel to them. I'm thankful for the great sleep this pillow has given me.

This pillow has changed my life. I am someone with chronic migraines that are triggered often by tension in my neck/shoulders. Sleeping with my neck in even a slightly wrong position could mean I was out of commission for a day or more. With the pillow I was previously using, it was impossible to control where the support would be and I found my migraine days increasing. When staying over at a friend’s, they had a similar pillow in their guest bedroom and after trying it one night, I thought it would be worth getting one to see if it would make a difference. I won’t say my migraines are cured, there are plenty of other triggers that get me from time to time, but since using this pillow, my tension triggers have completely disappeared. I am a side sleeper and used to sleep some on my stomach so there was an adjustment period for me since you can’t really stick your arms under the pillow like I was used to. But it was so worth it. I’ve had the pillow for almost two years now and it is still in perfect shape. I bought another one as a backup but haven’t needed it yet because the first one has lasted so well. My regular pillow cases fit just fine, and I like that you can take the lining off to wash it. The foam stays cool, which is great for someone who lives in the desert. So worth the low cost, so worth the support and comfort, if you get tension in your neck and shoulders, buy this pillow.

This pillow is really comfy and nice but did not help my nerve pain. I had to get a roll. The roll in this pillow has a notch out right wear you need the support and it is to thick. I use it now because I like it but when I was desperately searching for pain relief this was it. Maybe better for a big man

Comfortable, soft and big, but at the same time great support for the lower neck, the pillow acommodates to the neck and takes the shape back after use. The design is very versatile and durable. Its so soft, that it slip off the pillowcase

This pillow makes me confused. There are night I sleep super co for table but then there are night where I can barely sleep of how uncomfortable the pillow is for me. It could be that I use a hard mattress made of bamboo and that might make the pillow uncomfortable for me. Other than that the pillow is soft and your head sinks in comfortably. My pillow case does not stay on it for some apparent reason but othwr than that I still use it and it’s not too bad some nights

What a great pillow! After the 1st night of sleeping on this pillow, I woke up with NO neck pain. After 1 week I am pain free in my neck. I am 5'2" tall. Nothing ever fits me correctly even pillows. After spending tons of money over the past 6 yrs on pillows that say they relieve neck pain (and they don't) this pillow for $35 actually works. This is not a paid review! I am telling you the God's honest truth. This pillow works for me & probably will for you too. I am a side sleeper. Anyone who is a side sleeper knows how much pillows designed for us cost. They can be upwards of $80 & up. $35 is all it took to relieve my neck pain. The design of the curvature is what works. Please don't waste your money on expensive pillows, try this one first if you are experiencing neck pain. It's soooo worth it! I didn't notice any funky smells when I opened it. As far as cooling, in my experience once you put a pillow case on any cooling pillow, its no longer cooling any more! But who cares if you wake up with no neck pain! Try it.

I have osteoarthritis, light case of scoliosis , spinal stenosis causing chronic pain in my all around neck, shoulders, arms, back and it is my word, if you are experiencing extreme chronic pain in your neck, this pillow ain’t it. The pillow is super soft, and in my case, I need somewhat soft but firm to support my neck instead of my neck sinking into the pillow with no support causing more discomfort and pain. The only reason I did not return, is because I tried sleeping on it by adding my firmer pillow under this pillow (made it slightly more comfortable to use) and my makeup is on it, but this pillow was created for people who are not experiencing chronic pain. I can definitely see this pillow being used by younger generation as well, so if you are experiencing chronic pain DON’T DO IT! Hope this helps!

This pillow is awesome. It supports my neck and I wake up without any pain in my neck and shoulders. It’s so nice to wake up well rested and not be sore. The cooling feature is great as I don’t wake up warm. I recommend this pillow! The machine washable cover is nice as well.

Beautiful pillow with a soft cover, my wife loves this pillow for her neck and shoulders, she needs extra support in those areas and this pillow is very good for that. We are impressed by the qaulity and may buy a second!

It's 2:28 am. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW ITS AWFUL. the cover sucks. The pillow isncomfy for about 30 seconds until you sink in then your neck is at an angle. Awful neck pain now and STILL CANT SLEEP. UP EVEY NIGHT this pillow ain't worth what they charge. At all
