I ordered these to use in my warehouse. The box they came in brought the 25 tags, a permanent marker, small zip ties and instructions on how to keep the marker from drying out. The tags are approximately 3 x 5.25 inches in size (see pics) and are made of plastic. They also have the wording in English and Spanish. Considering that I’m using them to tag disabled order pickers in my warehouse, they are a bit too small to easily see from afar. However, their bright red color offsets the size detractor and makes them visibly jump out when up close to the tagged equipment. They came with black zip ties that are easy to affix to the perforated part of the tag which can then be tied to an accesible point on the machinery as shown. Included is a black permanent marker with which you can annotate relevant information on the back side of the tag. Overall, I am happy with the item as it serves its purpose. Only wish is that they would make them a little larger to be worthy of five stars as most heavy machinery is large in size and require “Out of Service” tags to be very visible for safety.

On the tags are locations to write serial number, location, and type of extinguishing agent that is used. On the back is where inspection dates, pass indicators, who did the inspection, and any additional notes that are relevant to the fire extinguisher. It's very thorough without being overly complicated. Exactly how one would want it. These tags would be excellent for your home, office, or anywhere else you would find fire extinguishers. My brother says that these tags are better to the paper ones that his work traditionally uses. He is planning on recommending these tags for implementation at his next emergency planning meeting. Hopefully, These tags will keep me accountable and allow me to be prepared for any unforeseen emergency. Overall, I could not be happier with my order. As a certified psychopath, I ordered this product for the purpose of writing menhera memes on them for the internet and conventions. However, they are surprisingly high quality. They have a smooth, glossy finish to them. A permanent marker suitable for writing on them is included, along with a set of small zip ties. None of them had any obvious defects nor misprints. The material is thick and seems waterproof, greaseproof. The holes are punched out but not removed yet, so there is a small bit of labor in preparing them for use. No biggie. There is some very tiny writing on them at the bottom that seems important: "OHSA 1910.145 / ANSI Z535.5 / TAG #0S 617-S", in case that means anything to those of you actually putting these on big, fancy, dangerous machines. The large red tag is very noticable from afar, but I must admit that the actual black-on-red text is less visible. It's harder to see what's written on these than the yellow/orange ones. I do wonder if it would be especially difficult for the colorblind, as red is a common color to have issues with. It is legible enough for most people to see up-close, however. Both the front and back have every section listed in both English and Spanish. There is sufficient space to write the requested information. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs out-of-service stickers for their equipment. There doesn't seem to be any obvious reason you wouldn't want to use them.
