A good deal
Solid tool box, with the benefit of backup tools (or primary tools if you need them). A good set of SAE and Metric sockets, and a bunch of other small bits (which do inflate the tool count to 104). If you are getting the version with the low-profile ratchet driver, I like its form factor. This is a no brainer deal, if even just for the tool box.

Horrible ratchets, good 1/4 & 3/8 socket selection for engines
I like the toolbox, it works well for a portable tool chest, but i hate the ratchets. The low profile design with the flush buttons absolutely sucks. The set could've came more complete with a hammer and pliers too. I bought this, and changed my lower intake manifold with it before the Stanley kit that I thought I'd need came in.
