Very cool product easy to set up and a nice addition to any room

I originally purchased a Frameo digital frame and did not like the app it requires to upload pictures, so I purchased this Kodak frame and it is so much better! The quality of this frame is far superb than the other one. It also looks bigger because of the inner border. The display is bright and the interface is so much more professional and easy to use, but the thing that really sold me on this frame is the amount of options you have to add photos. I didn’t want to go with a frame that required WIFI. This frame comes with a USB port that you can plug a flash drive into or an SD Card port. It made for a great gift that my family can enjoy seeing all the adventures we have been on together.

I purchased this item during a flash sale at an excellent price. After downloadingand setting up, I noticed a white dot on the screen. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they initially told me I would receive a refund, but that refund was never processed. They also offered to replace the item, but then explained they could not do so because it was the previous year's model and was no longer available. Amazon provided me with Kodak's contact information for further assistance. Unfortunately, dealing with Kodak was very frustrating, as they do not offer phone support and only respond through email. After waiting a long time for a response, I was told that the white dot was considered normal. This item was purchased as a gift for my father, so the issue was not discovered within the standard return window. Had we known about the defect earlier, we would have addressed it during the return period.

Really good and easy to use. Just be aware that it comes with a US plug. But it supports usb power input so it's great. Pay attention that the usb supply must be at least 20W.

This frame was very hard to setup, but the frame is great after you work through the setup. This frame works off of a USB connection, so it can work off of your computer. It also come with plug in USB transformer.

Me gustó mucho el producto. Las fotos se ven bien y es fácil cargar fotos desde el celular. Además tiene buen espacio y calidad en los materiales
