I feel more ginsing would have improved it. I actually notice benefits from that and it's one of the smallest ingredients. The other ingredients are certainly interesting but I can't say I noticed anything from taking them compared too a mainly ginsing supplement. On the plus side you are getting a nice variety of ingredients for your system. I suppose this comes down too what your body's responding too and the value you see in it for the cost. Which I can't speak too. I can't fault this in any other ways. There's been no negative effects from it. This may be appropriate for you or not.

I'm a suppliment guy in my late 40s with two young boys, so anything I can do to boost my energy level and T levels, I'll give it a shot. I came across shilajit not that long ago, and after doing my research decided to give it a try. Overall, I'm pleased so far, I've taken on other shilajit product before, and this seems to work about as well about the other. What I like the most about this one is that it has a slew of other ingredients for both energy and natural testosterone. I've not had my T levels measured, but I have noticed a difference in my overall day-to-day. It could be because some of the ingredients have a stimulant effect, but who knows. This seems to be over a decent quality, and given everything you get in it, the price doesn't seem to be too bad. I'll try and update this after taking it for a few weeks, but so far I'm happy. Just don't take in the evening, as some of the stuff in here can mess with sleep. Because these are caps, taste is not an issue.

This has a fair concentration of shilajit, and small amounts of a variety of other supplements that are believed to have various beneficial properties. Normally I'd say this product is too expensive, but right now there are coupons bringing the price down to below half, making this quite a good value. It isn't the strongest concentration of shilajit, but it works for me in conjunction with other shilajit supplements I take (which have different other ingredients blended in).

I had never heard of Shilajit before using this product. I regularly take a Maca & Tongkat Ali "testosterone boosting" supplement, and it was searching for those herbs that led me to this Shilajit product. My first impressions of Shilajit were mixed. I definitely noticed a libido boost on day one. However, the first two days I took Shilajit, it caused significant difficulty with urination. The only herb I've had affect me worse in this department is Yohimbe, and Shilajit wasn't anywhere near as unpleasant as Yohimbe. Gradually over about a week and a half, the difficult urinating got less and less. I've been taking Shilajit for 3 weeks now and my body is used to it, and I no longer experience the aforementioned difficulty. All in all this is a good blend of herbs for a supplement. I actually like this Shilajit product better than the previous Maca/Tongkat-Ali supplement I've been taking for over a year now. If you're willing to tough out the initial unpleasant side-effect while your body acclimates to the Shilajit, this product works as advertised, and works quite well.

Value for money is brilliant, a more than decent amount of capsules for the price. When taken consistently my partner could feel an obvious difference. He said he felt more energised, more alert and more focused. Has to be taken consistently though for results, he missed a few days and said that he felt like he had to start from day one again
