I have tried another brand and tried to infuse olive oil myself with butter flavor, but in both cases I had strong smells and chemical tastes. This brand is the only one (other than more expensive options in fancy olive oil shops in small quantities) where it is a great substitute for butter. I freeze it in a small container and then put in the refrigerator to put on toast.

Nice buttery flavor without any harshness. I use it on popcorn, potatoes, etc. Highly recommended for Mediterranean diet. The bottle is sturdy as well.

We are on a subscription plan to get this oil. It is rather expensive but we like it for spritzing air fryer vegetables and potatoes. Unfortunately, we have never received a bottle that is not leaking from the top. The metal band is not broken, but it is loose and the oil seeps out. But it does not stop us from continuing on the subscription plan.

I've tried a number of butter-flavored EVOs and this is the best quality and best value that I have found. I use it mostly as a popcorn topping and find it better tasting as well as healthier than "popcorn oils." It is more expensive, but a little goes a long way.

Its olive oil, but I detect no infused butter flavoring, which is why I purchased it. Will try another brand next time.
