About the Author I always wanted to be a chef, and even when all my friends dreamed of becoming presidents, athletes and lawyers, I was mesmerized by all those cooking utensils we had in our kitchen. Growing up and attending Columbus Culinary Institute my major source of inspiration was (and has been till now) Jamie Oliver, as I was always amazed by his never-ending desire to change the world through cooking.
