Good water flow. A bit awkward at first but it does the job well, i have an implant i need to clean everyday. My biggest complaint is the water cap is clunky and i need to uncap it after every cleaning otherwise it accumulates bacteria.

Don’t bother with this product. The jet cleaning works, after all fashion. But too difficult to adjust the aim of the liquid stream while also dealing with the rotating brush head. I went back to my Braun rotation tooth brush and bought a separate water pik.
