Does the mug have to be completely full to show the full image?

I am not sure about the completely full part. I gave it as a gift, but was told that the contents had to be very hot in order to work.

Do you have pictures of the transformation from cold to hot?

I am loading photos now, and they should be avl shortly You can also email us at customerservice@silver-buffalo.com, and we can provide photos ASAP
