I had a perm done a while ago and I got tired of using a diffuser on my hair. It just took so long and it just didn’t seem to work right. My hair did not come out looking like I wanted it too. So I thought maybe this would help as usually the airflow is gentle and I’m not constantly touching my hair with the diffuser on my dryer. I absolutely love it! I get my hair looking like I want it while it’s damp, using product and stuff like that, and I sit under this dryer for about 15 minutes, possibly longer if my hair is quite wet, and when I use a large tooth comb to take the cast off of my hair, it comes out looking just like I want it to! It’s soft and the waves/curls are defined, not frizzy! I do not usually use the hottest setting, because it does get very hot. And it is nice that you can turn down the heat to actually set your curls or waves with the coolest setting. And, most importantly, the bonnet of this dryer is huge so I can get my big head into it. Lol. Update ~~ About the issue of all the heat coming out the back of the bonnet, I found a partial solution. I cut a piece of plastic out of a cheap food container (a fairly large one so that it was not too curved) and superglued it over part of the air outlet in the back of the bonnet. This forces more of the heat upwards into the bonnet. Works pretty well.

I’m really pleased with this hood dryer. It heats up nicely and does a great job of drying my hair evenly. The hood is comfortable to use, and I love being able to get that salon-style drying experience at home. It’s especially useful for deep conditioning and setting my hair. So far, it has been a great addition to my hair-care routine and I would definitely recommend it.

I have thick long butt length locs. It has been years since I put Flexi Rods in my hair for curls because it takes forever to dry. I really wanted the curls and chose this dryer to do it. The dryer was def worth every penny my drying time was about 3 hrs since my locs are super long and thick. However it is worth it and save money doing it at home. My curls came out so pretty.

This dryer gets very hot, which is good, but it is so loud. It had my ears ringing so bad. It’s easy to set up and use. Not sure how durable it is, though.

I used it as soon as it was delivered to my front door. This dryer gets really hot and has an extra large hood so if you have a lot of hair or use huge rollers, your head will still fit under this hood. It’s too early to rate its durability. But for right now it’s a five out of five.

Muito feliz com minha compra! Só mudaria uma coisa: deixaria ele mais "longo" atrás para secar a parte de baixo mais rápido. Porém, mesmo demorando um pouquinho mais o resultado é incrível! Já havia testado toucas, difusores (aqueles que acoplam no secador), etc., e esse entregou o melhor resultado, prático e sem frizz! =)

Efficace pour séchez les cheveux. Grande capacité et couvre toute la tête même avec de gros rouleaux. Je recommande

I received it damaged but the return window was already over. It’s very hot but made of cheap material so the hood kept fall on my head
