I bought 4 of these counter stools and they look amazing in my kitchen! Very sturdy and comfy. Assembly was easy - but after all were assembled we noticed one of the chairs had misaligned foot rest. I contacted Nathan James support and Stephanie was super helpful. She quickly addressed the issue and sent me directions to reverse the 'stretchers' (wood pieces connecting front and back of the stool). Easy fix and all done within a very short time same day! I am very happy with my purchase.

Easy assembly. Ordered 2 sets of 2. They all match. Seam sturdy. Legs are balanced. Cant give 5 stars until I see how they wear. They look great though

Nice looking and good quality chairs. Back support made of woven banana leaves, I believe. Unique texture and great style. I had my son assemble because I’m not handy, but he had 4 chairs assembled in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend these chairs.

I was blown away with the quality of these chairs for the cost! They are exactly as shown in the photos and they are incredibly sturdy. The instructions were very easy to follow, and they even came with a lifetime warranty!! I highly recommend!! (Light Brown/Seagrass/Cream Boucle)

I absolutely loved the way these looked. I wanted to keep these. The height was great the cushion was comfortable and color was great. The sea grass back is where it all went wrong. When they wound the sea grass onto the back the ends sticking out everywhere which are very rough and will snag clothing. I would have tried to fix myself if it could have been. They are expensive I thought they would have a little better quality control being Nathan James. I ordered 3 and had to return them. This is a major flaw for an expensive chair wish I could have kept these. They were beautiful.
