After reading the "Verified Purchaser's Comments," declared on Manuka Honey from New Zealand, I decided to try it, and was impressed. It is now part of my "Morning Routine." I take one full Tablespoon of this honey each morning and mix it with the juice of One Whole Large/Jumbo Sized Lemon. I also am a confirmed believer in Consuming: Green Tea (organic especially) taken without Sugar and/or Cream as part of a healthy diet. Amazon has a wide variety of these teas so one never gets tired of consuming Green Tea. The taste of Manuka Honey is pleasing to the palate and being one of the "Superfoods," this is a wonderful gift from Nature's Bounty. It is pricey, but well worth the Purchase.
